The holiday in Hohentauern was wonderful and we recovered very well.
The proximity to the ski lift, the well-prepared slopes, the beautiful winter hiking trails, the beautiful landscape, the accommodation with the terrace for sitting outside, the bread service and the friendly people.

Nice family getaway in beautiful surroundings
We really enjoyed our time in Hohentauern again. The hut is in a village of huts, directly on the piste.

Nice cottage in a holiday village
Cute hut in a holiday village, very friendly hostess, really great bakery in the morning
Unfortunately, not very well-groomed, there was no shower, the kitchen and dishes are not very clean, sorry to spoil the impression!

Nice ski weekend with family
Very clean cottage. The hostess is very friendly.
The tiled floor on the first floor is cold, we had to spread blankets and pillows for the baby.

Inexpensive ski holidays away from the hustle and bustle
Quiet location right on the ski slope, next to a small rental shop. 2 floors with a double bedroom and a large storage room, a smaller 2-bed room and a small lounge. On the first floor there is a small double bedroom and another bathroom. The extension of the conservatory was great in fine weather in the afternoon. Very good host engagement.
No wireless network! Upon arrival the shower drain and sink were clogged but this was taken care of immediately after complaining - thanks the curtains in the 2 bedroom bedroom and the bedroom below are so thin that a lantern in front of the window replaces a night light. It would be better to darken something - just as a hint.

Nice holiday house a few steps from the ski slope
Nice terraced cottage in a cottage village right next to the ski slopes and a minute on skis from the entrance to the nearest ski lift. There is also a flying carpet and a ski carousel for children. The cabin is very compact, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with a steam room. Despite freezing temperatures, the central gas stove was enough to heat the entire house, and electric convectors were installed in the bedrooms. Equipped kitchen (everything except dishwasher and microwave), conservatory. Parking almost directly in front of the door. Super nice hostess with lots of useful information.

Great holiday home
Cozy cottage with a beautiful veranda that has been used a lot. The kitchen is fully furnished, the bathroom is equipped with a beautiful shower.
The sofa is not comfortable.

Unfortunately, there was no toilet paper or kitchen towel, so the first day was a bit uncomfortable until we replaced them.

Cozy self catering accommodation
Ideal room layout for a family with two small children. Two separate bedrooms on the ground floor, kitchen and living room on the ground floor. The baker comes every morning, and there are fresh buns :)

Perfect for a long weekend!
A beautiful holiday complex in a beautiful wooden style. The seating was right next to the playground and we could see the kids from the terrace!
The house is very noisy, the doors and the floor creaked. The hut had repair defects such as a gutter, a broken cable by the fence ... this could be easily repaired with a few simple steps. The layout is not ideal for 2 families with 2 small children each, as there are 3 en-suite bedrooms on the top floor and one en-suite bedroom on the first floor.

A more pleasant short stay in a pleasant environment.
The hut village is beautifully located at the top of the pass. Around the mountains and fresh air. The house itself is very functional. Actually, nothing is missing. Wifi is ok. If the weather were a little better, I would love to read on the beautiful terrace.

A place worthy of a revelation recommendation!
Really beautiful area, owner very helpful and very nice, house by the lift, big hill for sledding kids, for little kids teaching, great ski carousel and learning conveyor belt for free, everything from a dishwasher to two coffee makers to fill houses and steam pots two bathrooms oven microwave tv kettle vacuum cleaner all necessary bedding says you have to pay 9 euros but you can get your own but about pillowcases you have to pay for electricity and gas but it is not expensive
The ski slopes are great, but expensive and until 4:00 pm because they are not lit and, unfortunately, there are lifts everywhere.

I highly recommend this
Everything you could expect was there. The equipment of the cottage is really at a high level. The lady at the front desk was very nice, you could get along with every case. I recommend this the most. The descent is very close, you can go straight from the lift to the dacha for hot tea.

Very suitable for relaxation.
The baker's car drove up to breakfast. We especially liked the clean nature around and the tranquility.
I always had to travel long distances to go shopping or swim. But it wasn't that bad.

Wonderful short break
A beautiful, large wooden house in a fantastic landscape. Very calm. Walter and Evelyn were great. They also have very tasty stone oven pizza.

Cozy living in a wooden bungalow
Very nice surroundings, beautiful comfortable all-wooden bungalow, very spacious and sensitively set in the environment. Two bathrooms and toilets will come in handy :-)
it's a pity that there is no wi-fi.

Nice vacation home with easily remedied flaws
The rest of the house was clean and we found everything we needed to be self-sufficient. The beds are very comfortable.
Unfortunately, there were open and expired food in the kitchen drawers, the grill was not removed either, there were leftovers of meat on the grill.

Good location, but the house needs renovation
The place is well suited for hiking. There is enough space in the house. Good mattresses. The hostess is lovely.
The house needs renovation. Gas smell when using hot water. Mold in the bathroom. No WLAN. The terrace is practically unusable.

Fantastic location and relaxing stay
We spent our first holiday in Hohentauern and were warmly welcomed. The salon was very clean and comfortable. The location and view were amazing. Our expectations have exceeded. We will be happy to return.

Fantastic, incredibly warm welcome, cozy apartment in a wooden house with a great atmosphere. Location alone isn't everything. Ideal for self catering holiday. Great WiFi and good TV (LED + SAT). Just good. We would love to return, but go to the supermarket first.

Disappointing
The terrace was a good size The house itself is also large enough for 4 people and also spacious.
Cobwebs from kitchen furniture to wall Windows not cleaned properly The bed is very low and hard (we were not sure if there was a slatted frame at all) The gas boiler is held together with duct tape.

Perfect
The cottage met our expectations. A small chalet village where the baker comes every morning around 8am to offer us fresh bread and croissants, it's really great. Quiet, peaceful place and everything was clean. A bit gloomy for our taste, but it's still a chalet. We recommend.
