Quiet life near the center
The apartment is located in the center, in a quiet place, slightly towering above Gröbming. It offers ample space and has an outdoor seating area. This is a great starting point for trekking and MTB tours. The road to the center of the village takes 5 to 10 minutes. The owner rents out 3 apartments of different sizes. We shot the smallest one, but it's already big. Parking in front of the house.

quiet accommodation near the center with beautiful views
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There are 2 wardrobes for luggage. Breakfast and dinner can be easily prepared in the large kitchen off the living room, which opens onto the terrace. The shelves and small wardrobe in the bathroom are functional. The terrace is huge, there is a large table with 6 chairs, bicycles can also be stored here. Each apartment has its own parking space at the house. The hosts are very nice and helpful in planning excursions in the area. A washing machine and dryer are available if required. The road to the center takes about 8 minutes.
Attention, the navigation system can lead you to a dirt road, ideally turn onto the second road on the right above the pool.

Nice view from the window - indescribable - window wall - mountains, very good owner, nice apartment, comfortable beds. Safe, clean enough. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, which makes it very simple - in the middle of the stay, the owner changed the towels - a great deal.
Underfloor heating - so nothing and nowhere can be dried, the radiator in the bathroom is always cold, it is cold when taking a shower - a big minus. There are no bowls in the kitchen - salad bowls, no washing machine, although it was mentioned in the description. The hotel does not have a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer.

Astonishing
Decent, like new, clean apartment. Ample space for 3 people. The hosts are very welcoming. Good location to the Hauser Kaibling ski area (10-15 minutes by car), shops on the way.
The kitchen was well equipped, a couple of bowls in the kitchen or a colander would have been nice but it worked.

Very good care and support on site. For example, a faulty TV was replaced very quickly, despite the holidays. Here we would like to thank you again for your kind support.
Nice apartment, small spa would be nice, but you read that it doesn't exist.
