Bathroom and toilet - old fittings, not very pleasant smell

The apartment is very worn and looks dirty. In general, none of us wanted to go to the bathroom. Everything smells old and unpleasant. The shower is really terrible.

The address when booking is not valid! The front door was in its heyday, there was graffiti on the wall when you walk in you had to be careful not to twist your ankle as there was a hole in the hardwood floor. The wooden steps were weakened, unfortunately the railing too. When you entered, you were in a narrow corridor, not all the switches worked, or you did not know what they were for, as they did not work or the light bulb was faulty. To the right of the corridor we went into the bathroom, the shower was moldy and the paint on the floor in the shower was already half peeled off, it also smelled very strongly of urine, the window was also very difficult to open, there was no hair dryer! !! Although stated. On the right was the living room, where there was a sofa bed, very hard, the TV did not work (it is important to check things for operability), did not catch a signal, something was missing. The living room had a small dark corner with good light for breakfast, very narrow. The actual sleeping room was good. There was a kettle in the kitchen, very unhygienic, completely calcified and damp, with some kind of slimy inside. From the kitchen you could go out to the balcony, from where you could see the backyards, which was not convenient at all. There was a pub under the apartment, it was impossible to think about sleep until late at night, because it was very noisy there

The apartment was dirty. Dishes had to be washed before use. Everything you need, like dish soap or toilet paper, had to be bought. The balcony is not a view of the city, but a view of the rubbish-littered backyard. There were bars nearby, but this made the nights sleepless because it was incredibly noisy until early in the morning. The beds were old and distant. The mattress was just foam rubber and dirty. The proposed breakfast that was offered free of charge as compensation is not recommended. Nothing was replenished, so if you had breakfast later, there was almost nothing. You wouldn't pay anything for it. In general, this place has already greatly devalued the rest. We would not return and would not recommend it. Even if you could start a conversation with the owner. There must be changes. Cheap doesn't mean dirty.

Due to the pub located diagonally below the apartments, it can be noisy at night.

The worst thing was the location, loud music all night until 7am.

The keys to the apartments were taken in a cafe on the square, and then we began to search for apartments. Without knowing the local language, we spent about half an hour until we found the apartment. For future travelers, you need to go around the restaurant from the back to the next street and the entrance to the entrance will be next to the strip bar. When parking, you need to talk to the person who gives you the key.

Before booking a room, we already understood (according to reviews of the hotel) that it would be noisy, but we did not expect that the festivities in the neighboring house would be all night. Well, until 24:00. We checked in on Friday 13.05 - it was quiet on the street, there were few people in the bar and it closed early. But tourists entered the top floor and rushed around the apartment all night like elephants, but it was possible to sleep - periodically waking up ... Saturday and Sunday - the bar is open, screams, music - can drive you crazy !!!!!!!! !! I slept in the KITCHEN!!!!! The kitchen was quiet and peaceful. It is a pity that the windows of this nice apartment do not face the inner courtyard. Indeed, we really liked the apartment itself - although I had to wash the floor everywhere and wipe the dust everywhere at the entrance! No mop, broom and dustpan as well! The shower did not work correctly, the jet was bad and the water rose from the drain to the top. There is a transparent curtain on the window in the bathroom - the entire bathroom is visible from the upper floors. The shutters in the kitchen are broken. So renting an apartment on the weekends, when the bar is open downstairs, almost under the windows, is absolutely impossible if you are going to relax with your family! I think that on weekdays it is quiet there, and especially in the cold season! Summer - NO! The TV did not work, there was no Internet at all, we were told - call the owner, well, who will do this! The house with the apartment was located between a brothel and a house with a bar. How people live in neighboring houses is not clear at all ....

The mattresses are VERY thin and completely worn out (foam), you lie in bed like in a hammock - the result: back pain! In the living room, we did not find a sofa, but a made-up bed (unnecessary - there were only two of us). TV reception is very poor, constantly disappearing. The shower head is already fully calcified and only allows a few jets of water to pass through. The coffee maker is also calcified - coffee spills forever. The shower is quite old (the floor is partly rusty). Dining table shakes violently (coffee spills on every impact). There is no hair dryer (although it was stated in the description), in other quarters there was at least some sugar and coffee, not here (there is no vinegar and oil either ... but we didn’t need it). Similarly, there is no dishwashing liquid and only one completely soiled kitchen towel. There is still no shower, but at least soap and two rolls of toilet paper for 2 people and 4 days (also a little).

There was a lack of a fork for washing dishes and a dryer for towels.

The interior is a bit old in places, it can be updated.

Kitchen equipment is very rare, there are almost no towel racks / hangers in the bathroom. Despite the lane, sometimes the night noise is annoying

The owner has different premises on the same street. The very location of the apartment on Josefigasse 10 is tragic - between a bar and an erotic club - it's definitely nothing for a family with children! Very noisy at night, especially on Saturday. The windows do not open, the lower part is nailed. The price is completely inadequate for the service. The tragic location of the balcony.

The accommodation met my expectations and needs, so I have no complaints about it.

Unfortunately there is no lift in the house. The kitchen facilities could have been better (small cutlery, salt / pepper missing, baking gloves would be an advantage for self-service people). The noise level in the evening was a little annoying.

It looked much better on the website of the accommodation booking, but in fact there were dilapidated pieces of furniture, the kitchen equipment leaves a lot to be desired, dirty dishes, no kettle with limescale, no dish drainer, the micro was missing the turntable. There was no hanger in the bathroom, ants were crawling on the toilet paper, the terrace looked out onto a narrow yard, opening onto a garbage bin, the furniture of which was two small chairs with dirty pillows and a small table with a dirty lid. Upon our arrival, we successfully vacuumed the beds because the upholstery under the sheets was quite dirty.

The shower tray has chipped enamel. Heard, repaired.

We were given a key to a building a little further away, where other people (students?) Seemed to live as well, and where nowhere was it clearly stated that we needed to go to the first floor. No one walked with us for a moment to point out the room. After another 2 doors there was a brothel (which did not bother us).

Since we were there in the height of summer, the windows would have remained open. But that didn't work because the area is very busy and also relatively noisy at night.

The apartment is in an old, dirty house and gives the impression of being dilapidated. In particular, the bathroom (chipped shower tray, patched tiles and walls, Langnese's bucket under the sink as a container for collecting water ...) could not convince.

Location of the apartment in a completely dilapidated area, next to the pouf, due to the convenience for families. About the house: such a building really needs to be demolished and no longer leased. The stairs are very bad with old floorboards, broken handrails and holes in the wall. Completely inadequate value for money. Photos have been edited with many filters.

The apartment is located in a very old building, with a neglected and dark entrance. The interiors are always old-fashioned with redone floors and a discreet bathroom. On the other hand, the cleanliness was excellent, as was the warm welcome of the staff who also provided us with vouchers for subsidized parking for € 10 a few meters from the hotel.

The kitchen utensils are a bit sparse. 4 glasses for water 4 glasses - no wine, no beer, no shot. Relatively noisy at night with the window open.
