I only stayed overnight for a layover, so there was no problem especially if I could sleep.
I didn't meet the staff because of social distancing, but I was able to check in and out smoothly.
Shuttle bus business days and hours are 10:00-16:00 from Monday to Friday, and 10:00-14:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. It was a pity that I couldn't use it because it was outside business hours and ended up with a taxi.

a motel near the airport
the price is the cheapest you can find in cairns
there is no staff and if you go out through what is supposed to be the main door of the room you may get locked in

Okay for one night, no breakfast
The room was ok. But no breakfast was offered. Even though it was in the description. That should definitely be changed
That the hotel has an 8 in the rating. I would give Max a 4.5.

I really do not recommend this hotel I'm sorry but it's the pirrr hotel that I have done in my life
the staff is great! that's just the positive of this hotel I'm sorry but it's true ..
I stayed 31 days and we have no cleaning in our room we had to ask the personal vacuum cleaner and wash the floor with the towels 1st time in my life that I see that! They stole 2 bikes from us inside the hotel (no refund or other ..) outside there are only drunk guys after 6 p.m., honestly there is only the staff who are on top and still there are only 3 and the guy who cleans the rooms is alone he does not stop for 1 minute forces him! the gym nothing works or almost, the washing machine 1/4 and the dryer 1/2 … There were so many things during this stay that I will stop here because it will be too long.. This message is for the owner of the hotel if he reads it: Reinvest in your hotel where it will sink in less than 1 year and hire staff to help the Mr who is alone with a little lady, a lot of things have to change! Courage to the staff who I repeat are THE ONLY positive point!

This is a hotel that I would not recommend to my friends. It is a hotel with outdated facilities, poor service, and poor hygiene.
Satisfied with the size of the room, it is relatively large, and there are two queen beds.
The room smells very strong and has a lot of moisture; there is no trash can in the room (except for a small one in the toilet), which makes me feel very inconvenient; the sanitation situation is worrying. The noodle residue under it made us feel very sick! Before I checked in, I left a message saying that I hoped to live in a room with a better view, but I was a little disappointed that it was not arranged.
