Decent sized bedroom with storage room and large bathroom. The location is quiet, about 1/4 hour walk from all attractions. The breakfast is very good The reception managed to order our taxi to return to the airport.

The bathroom has a shower, a good drain, slippers, a bathrobe, even a comb and a toothbrush. The bed is wide and comfortable. The TV showed Armenian, Russian and several European channels. The room had air conditioning. Wi-Fi fell off once for a while, but generally worked decently. There is no soundproofing, you can hear the corridor well, but it was quite quiet, and there was no noise from the street. The location is good, walking distance to the center and shops.

First time in Yerevan. We were in this hotel at the beginning of October. I really liked the hotel. It is quite small, but very cozy. The location is also good 10-15 minutes and you are in the very center of Yerevan. The room is not small, there are bedside tables, a wardrobe, a very comfortable bed. I was pleasantly pleased with the presence in the bathroom of a complete set of accessories for each resident, in addition to shampoo and shower gel, a toothbrush, mini-paste, cotton buds, slippers, and a bathrobe. When we stayed at the hotel, the lamp turned on once at night, but it went out into the corridor of the room, that is, in fact, it did not interfere. The problem was quickly fixed. There are also small problems with the shower, you have to wait a little (10 seconds) before hot water comes out. But all this is easily fixable for us, it was not uncomfortable, so I can’t even attribute it to minuses. For breakfast, in general for 4, a little monotonous, more like homemade breakfasts. The staff is very responsive, friendly. On our next trip to Yerevan, we will definitely choose the same hotel))

Taxi, extract, information - they helped in everything! General Manager Sirun was always quick to respond to emails in advance and was the epitome of hospitality. It is worth the price. We chose not to hire a guide and it's going well. Transfer to the airport costs 6,000 ADM and is recommended. Food, wine and beer are of an excellent standard almost everywhere. Don't be put off by the low prices. The house's home-made wine can often be recommended, even if it costs only a third of the better-known brands; you still don't remember the familiar brands when you get back home.

Also, they helped us with dinner reservations. The breakfast is delicious and very plentiful. The chef made an effort so that we could try all the typical dishes; She was very friendly and a great cook. With the buffet we had calories until noon. All the best!!
