Convenient location. The reception is in cooperation with the Yerevan hotel, so when you arrive at the indicated address you will not see the name of the Pushkin hotel, but this is not a problem. Rooms are spacious, clean with comfortable beds. Very spacious shower, even for large people, which is very pleased.

The hotel is just wonderful. The rooms are large - both the room itself and the bathroom. Cleanliness is impeccable. Cleaned up every day. Water bottles are also put in new ones every day. Slippers, hair dryer, standard shower set in the room. Very good location - almost the center of the city, to Republic Square, Cascade. Opera house to go no more than 15 minutes. In 5 minutes walk - the local "Arbat"). The entrance is from the back of the house (if you are taking a taxi, look at the A Hotel - the reception is right there), the rooms are located on the 4th floor. Upon arrival, it turned out that the heating had not yet been turned on and it was quite cold (the air conditioner did not work), but on the same evening they brought us a heater, and the next day they turned on the heating, and the air conditioner was repaired, and they brought a heater))) So I would like to thank separately Armen (the manager) and David for such care - they are really very attentive employees, they respond to all questions and requests just like lightning. In general, it is in this hotel that you will find out what real Caucasian hospitality is !!!

Comfortable large room with a balcony. Clean and comfortable, comfortable bed. Cleaning every day. The staff helped with all questions. We checked in at night, the hotel arranged a transfer from the airport. Near the hotel there are many attractions, shops and cafes. Very pleased.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! Despite 100% occupancy, we did not hear the neighbors at all! We were upgraded free of charge to accommodation in "Hotel Erevan" (I don't know why), geographically it's the same place. Good location, 1 minute to Northern Avenue, 7 minutes to Republic Square and 15 minutes to Cascade, i.e. the very center. The room is clean, the furniture and plumbing are new, the bathroom is spacious. Gel, shampoo, etc. - everything was there. Considered my request for separate beds)

I recently visited Yerevan and stayed at the lovely Teryan Pushkin Hotel. Very spacious room with two large beds. Excellent repair, new plumbing. The room has everything you need: refrigerator, TV, wardrobe, safe, slippers, kettle. Towels were changed daily and bottled water provided. The location of the hotel is beyond praise: in the very center, close to many restaurants, cafes. The only downside is the hotel is on the 4th floor. But this is also a plus, after Yerevan khachapuri :)

Great room, cleaned every day, always put two bottles of water, a trifle, but nice. Comfortable beds, pillows, there were even more pillows than needed. At our request, they brought a second blanket and disposable slippers. The room is very warm. The location is in the very center of the city, which is very convenient for excursions and just for a walk. This is the floor with rooms in the entrance of the house on the 4th floor. The room has been recently refurbished and is very pleasant. New plumbing, snow-white linen. Cleaned up every day. Very pleasant staff. Great location. We have never used transport, everything is only on foot. Republic Square and Northern Avenue 5 minutes, all other attractions maximum 25 minutes (except for the Mother Armenia Monument and the Armenian Genocide Memorial). There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, there is a wonderful bakery at the intersection of Pushkin and Mashtots. In general, a decent place. We lived for a week.

Within 10 minutes I was given a room with a perfect fresh renovation, a very stylish interior, modern furniture and plumbing. I will return to Yerevan and stay here!

The room is new, they clean it every day. Yes, and a pleasant surprise awaited us, the next day, for a small fee, Arman took us to nearby attractions, told about the history of their origin. A wonderful hotel in the city center (5 minutes to Republic Square, not more than 10 minutes to the Cascade and the Opera, restaurants are concentrated on all adjacent streets). The photos are 100 percent consistent with reality - the rooms are very spacious, new, tastefully decorated. For the convenience of the guests there is a refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer and iron. Separately, it is worth noting the service - they cleaned the room every (!!!!) day, changed towels, always fresh linen, bottled water. The cleanliness of the room is fabulous. This is an indicator of a high level of service. The owner of the hotel is always in touch, a polite and intelligent person. Arranged for us a transfer upon arrival (this is very convenient when first time in the city). I am sure that this is the best hotel of its class in Yerevan! Next time we are only here !!!

Bottled water is provided daily. Noise isolation in the rooms is good, no one was heard despite the lack of free rooms. I liked the hotel, we hope to return))

The location is excellent - the very center of the city, it is convenient to get there in all directions. I was in a rented car, I was given the opportunity to park my car in the yard (entrance with a barrier from Pushkin St.), which immediately solved the problem of finding parking, and for the center of Yerevan this is very important. I definitely liked the accommodation facility: everything is new, discreet style, pleasant atmosphere, comfortable, clean. Comfortable bed, good linens and towels, cleaning every day. The internet is great. There are many sockets and where necessary :)). Convenient shower cubicle, toiletries are available. Kettle, small refrigerator, a couple of bottles of water, excellent air conditioning (properly positioned). The care of the administration is at the highest level - we were worried before check-in to inform how exactly it is more convenient to drive up, during the stay they were interested in wishes, in general, very client-oriented people, also kindly took into account my wishes regarding the time of departure. Excellent value for money. I will definitely come and recommend it to everyone! For information: this is the 4th floor of a residential building without an elevator - this is known when booking, for me there was no problem to go up a couple of times a day on foot. But this is the very center and comfort for a more than adequate cost.

Very clean and comfortable apart-hotel for adequate price and excellent location in the center of Yerevan. We rested there in June 2021. Every day, towels are changed and the room is cleaned, and fresh drinking water is always added, which was a pleasant surprise. The territory is closed by a barrier and there is a security guard. Local attractions and restaurants in the center are 3-5 minutes walk.

The room was very clean, the service was top notch, everyone was very polite and welcoming, helped to carry their suitcases, got into a late check-out position. Cleaning was done every day and drinking water bottles were renewed. I would also like to note a very comfortable bed, I have never met such a comfortable mattress in any hotel. Now in Yerevan I will stop only here.

Great option in Yerevan! Very convenient location: we went around all the main attractions on foot, there are many cafes nearby and an incredibly delicious homemade bakery! The room itself has a very comfortable bed, all the necessary amenities. There is an iron on the floor. There was no hairdryer, maybe it could have been asked, but we didn't need it. Special thanks to Arman, who created the feeling of visiting good old friends :) Transfer, advice, friendliness - that's all here :) I highly recommend it! P.S. The only thing is that there is no elevator in the house, you need to go up to the 4th floor. It made us very happy after the delicious Armenian food, it helped to somehow shake everything up))))

Arman is a great owner! Organized a transfer at 2 nights from the airport and even with a night tour of Yerevan. Every day they put two bottles of water in the room, it's super. Towels are changed every day! The location is perfect. Taxis were not used. There are a lot of cafes within walking distance. We went to different breakfast every day. Arman organized a car and we went to Sevan and to the wine valley;) Always attentive and empathetic. You rarely see this!

We had a slight hitch with the number, but everything was decided in the best possible way, special thanks to Arman for this, in the end it was convenient and comfortable. In general breakfast for 5+. Staff on 6 points on a 5-point scale. The windows overlooked the street, but it was quiet at night.

We arrived in Yerevan very early in the morning and thought that we would have to walk until 14.00 before settling in. But the hotel administration went to meet us and after writing off we were settled at 9.00 😊 for which many thanks 😊 we booked a family room with a great view from the window. The rooms have a balcony, very clean and no pushy service.
