refurbishment fresh, but already shabby. hole towel. very small apartment. if suddenly the neighbors start cooking food, all the smells go through the hood to this apartment. Since the windows are only on one side, it is very stuffy. there are no consumables (there was dishwashing detergent and soap, but there was nothing to wash). cleanliness is a philosophical question: I was not pleased, but someone will not pay attention to drops in the shower, dirt in the joints of the bathroom and scuffed walls in the kitchen.

The flaws are small, but offensive for an apartment of this level. There are no consumables - no dishwasher tablets, no washing capsules, no trash bags, no spare toilet paper roll. Kitchen furniture is unsuccessful - doors with very sharp corners, all my legs were cut by the dishwasher door. The layout of the kitchen has not been thought out - when opening for loading / unloading the dishwasher, access to the trash can, sink and cupboard is blocked. Broken bar stools (promised to replace). Few dishes, 1 huge pot, 1 pan, we asked for another small pot - they didn’t understand us, but they were very responsive - first they brought another pan, then they replaced it with another huge pan, the third time they found a liter ladle, but without a lid )) In the kitchen - small ants are everywhere in the furniture (but in Yerevan this is a widespread disaster)

a) My husband had a feeling that this apartment was being rented for intimate pleasures (which is indirectly evidenced by the picture above the sofa - I would replace it), which did not dispose him to rest. b) The apartment has a projector and a coffee machine, the employee accompanying us to the apartment did not know how to use these miracles of technology, although we asked in advance (when booking) to teach us how to interact with the coffee machine. The desire to help was great - I began to watch videos on YouTube, tried to figure it out, but it would be more professional to know all these nuances in advance. c) No one warned in advance that you need to leave a deposit. We didn't have time to withdraw cash and this caused us some inconvenience. d) There are no identification marks at the entrance, but this is because it is assumed that the employee will meet and see you. Just, I think, a little instruction on how to act, so as not to look for and not wait for anyone, would not hurt. Thank you! See you soon!

The only negative was that the hot water faucet was broken / did not work correctly in the shower, but the cleanliness, warm welcome, the owner's trepidation and heated floors howled much higher than this trifle.
