Solid, practical, extremely roomy. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, a lot of traffic noise.
Extraordinarily spacious two-room combination. Two - actually not even needed - bathrooms (in one, however, the lighting did not work). Friendly staff. Central location 400 meters from the train station.
The bedroom windows face the main street where traffic noise can be heard until midnight despite the ear plugs. So I moved to an extra bed in a room that was actually meant to be a living room.

Excellent hotel with helpful staff
Good people, responsive good wi-fi Great location, near the train station and everything you need, including a supermarket Great breakfasts and a lovely lady who cooks them.
Yes, there are some minor downsides. But they pale in comparison to the positives. Yes, and sorry for such a price, it's a sin to find fault

It's enough for me, I'm not picky.
The hotel gave me the opportunity to be alone with my thoughts. Not jerky, not noisy. There was no excessive Caucasian obsession. Nobody touched me and I didn't touch anyone.
The problem is the heating. Apparently, this is a problem for all of Armenia. The functionality of the shower. I hope they will give you a room with a bathtub on your next visit😅

in general price quality for one night - ok - next to the station, who cares - relatively close to the metro - about 10 mi
Yes, in principle, everything was fine, except for the shower and the smell in the bathroom
the pressure in the shower was barely barely and the water heated up for a thousand years .. barely washed my head.
