Excellent budget hotel in the city center.
Convenient location, delicious breakfast excellent service and comfort in the rooms. Balcony on Ararat turned out to be a great bonus in general.
Noise from ongoing renovations in the hotel building itself and neighboring it is somewhat annoying. Music with restaurant on the 12th floor is just not annoying, because very interesting musicians performed)

good value for money
I liked the location of the hotel, right in the center. the room was spacious, on the 4th floor. Soundproofing is good, but sleeping is not very comfortable due to the noisy air conditioner. and without it, nothing. breakfasts are excellent. Room cleaning is good.

Everything is just gorgeous, except for the sound.
Excellent breakfast! Responsive staff, excellent comfortable room with everything you need for comfort. Hotel in the very center of the city.
Very strong audibility both from the street (until 11 pm at least), and very audible guests talking in the hallway in the middle of the night.

I will only book this hotel!
Cozy and quite comfortable room in the city center. A good selection of very tasty food for breakfast from the terrace with a magnificent view of Mount Ararat. In the evening in the restaurant all the guests were covered with a warm blanket, I was pleasantly surprised. Everything I ordered was delicious and delicious. The dessert that was served to me, at first I didn’t even want to destroy such beauty. The waiters are all professionals, spoke in detail about the wines and food. I am very glad that I did not make a mistake with the choice of the hotel. Next time I will book only this hotel.

Lovely hotel with great breakfasts overlooking Ararat
Excellent location of the hotel, very central. Perfect breakfasts on the 12th floor overlooking Ararat, there is a covered veranda with sofas and a very beautiful interior. Breakfast quality is top. The choice is small, but sufficient, everything is very tasty, excellent coffee is brewed. For a small additional fee, you can order sparkling wine by the glass for breakfast. The hotel is very quiet and comfortable wide bed with a flat mattress. The room is simple and comfortable. Very nice staff, they accept Mir cards at the reception.
The shower stall was very narrow and the water didn't drain quickly enough. The quality of the shower gel and shampoo provided by the hotel is not very good. One elevator which takes sooo long to wait in the mornings. I had a view from the room to the backyard, but it was not critical at all.

Yerevan is beautiful
restaurant and breakfasts on the 12th floor overlooking ARARAT we left the room an hour later (at 13.00), no one knocked on the door and did not demand to leave the room exactly at 12.00
At the time of arrival on May 11, the elevator was not working. arrived at 14.30 then turned on.

Decent rest.
The hotel is located in the very center and that says a lot. Restaurants, shops, banks within walking distance. Great front desk staff ready to help with any questions you may have. I just want to say a big thank you to all the staff of the hotel. The rooms are clean, cleaning takes place daily, mineral water, tea, coffee is replenished constantly. Breakfast is good, fresh fruit pastries. Hot dishes, cold cuts, pickles. Tasty and certainly you won't stay hungry. A beautiful panoramic view from the windows of the restaurant. A beautiful wide bed, pillow menu, snow-white linen, towels. All this in total is conducive to a normal rest.
Yes, somehow the flaws did not come across. And, in the corners with a flashlight, I did not crawl looking for flaws.

Nice hotel in the center with a beautiful terrace
Excellent location in the very center, a very nice terrace on the top floor with 24-hour service for hotel guests and a beautiful view. Delicious and plentiful breakfasts on the same terrace. Overall a pleasant hotel
The hotel is actually quite small, although not to say that this is a minus, but there is no lobby bar, etc. The soundproofing is a little lame - you could hear conversations from the corridor. Extremely strange toilet on the upper terrace, as if they forgot to repair it

The hotel is located in the very center of Yerevan, close to many restaurants, bars, museums, theaters, supermarkets, etc. in close proximity to the hotel. The room was spacious, very quiet and excellently soundproofed, with a very large bed and a balcony overlooking the city centre. A very hearty breakfast is served on the panoramic terrace overlooking Mount Ararat. Miracle!
