great location, walking distance to the center

This is a full-fledged huge apartment with !isolated! bedrooms. We had two children's rooms, a room for adults (all with doors), a living room + an equipped kitchen (combined). The adult room is located away from the children. The toilet and bathroom are NOT combined, which was also convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a washing machine, but we didn't use it. Great location. In one direction - the Republic Square, in the other - the Cascade. Went there several times on foot. A parking place was provided (we took a car, as we went to Tatev, Khor Virap, etc.). Very friendly owner - Rafael. He was in touch before our trip and during our vacation. He helped and prompted not only about the apartment, but also about shops and restaurants.

The location of the apartment is wonderful, within walking distance from Republic Square. There are all amenities. Great owners! We met near the house, kindly escorted to the apartment, helped to carry things. We agreed to vacate the apartment at 12.00, but our flight was at 18.00, as a result, the owner, Rafael, kindly offered to stay in the apartment until 15.00 absolutely free of charge, and they also helped to bring things to the taxi! I saved my contacts and will definitely stay there on my next trip! Thanks a lot!
