Ambiguous impressions
The location of the apartment is great! On the 8th floor of a high-rise building, there is a balcony. The apartment consists of a living room and a bedroom. The owner is very hospitable, he solved all problems)
The price-quality ratio is lame. The apartment seems to be in good repair, but the furniture is all tired. It’s even uncomfortable to sit on the sofa in the living room (all squashed), and it’s not realistic to sleep at all, since the sofa is broken and does not unfold. For sleep there is only a bed in the bedroom, but even that is very hard .. There are a lot of dishes, but for the most part they are out of place in a daily apartment. The apartment seems to be large, but all empty, the echo is already walking. Lots of useless space. But the potential of the apartment is great, the main thing is to bring it to mind! I wish prosperity to Samvel!

Apartments with a view of Ararat
The hospitable hosts greeted me from the bus from Gyumri, drove to the apartments, showed where everything was. The spacious kaartira consists of a separate bedroom with a door (double bed) and a living room with kitchenette (sofa) and a bathroom with toilet. There is a small balcony (3-4 chairs can be put) overlooking the city and Mount Ararat (8th floor). The kitchen has the necessary utensils. Upon departure, Artyom took our suitcases (the check-out was before departure) and drove them to the bus, thank you very much for that. The apartment is located a stone's throw from the building of the opera theater, in the next building there is a 24-hour supermarket with a 24-hour exchanger (good exchange rate). There are also many cafes nearby, from inexpensive street ones I recommend Melody (in the park near the theater). Thanks to Artem and Samvel for their hospitality! P.s. Photos of the apartments are true.
1. Would like more hangers in the closet; 2. A cutting board in the kitchen would be handy; 3. Wine glasses in the kitchen could make drinking wine even more enjoyable; 4. A hanger near the shower would help to place the towels more conveniently.

Great location, right in the center. Quiet, comfortable, large apartment. Fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Everything is absolutely new, the view from the balcony of the 8th floor to Ararat in the morning gives a positive charge for the whole day! Amazing owners Artem and Samvel are always in touch, quickly resolve any issues and fulfill wishes! Thanks! And see you in the future! Because in Yerevan I will live only here!
The address is not 33, but 33/1!

All liked it. We were greeted in a friendly manner. Very clean comfortable. And good geolocation. The only thing I did not understand was why they wear shoes at home in Yerevan. And so everything is fine.

The owner is very helpful and decent, he met me from the train, took me to the airport, helped with the luggage, suggested an amazing restaurant - cuisine and inexpensive and very high quality. I recommend this apartment. Very warm in communication, met us, explained everything and told about the surroundings. The apartment is in perfect condition, it was heated even in the absence of guests, we moved into a warm apartment, which was very pleasant. All the little things from tea with sugar to bath accessories were taken into account! The location couldn't be better, just a 2-minute walk from the Opera and Republic Square. I highly recommend this option!
