All liked it!!!
Small but so soulful))! Friendly and always ready to help administrators. The bed was very comfortable. The mattress is comfortable, the pillows are soft, the linen is fresh! Towels are changed regularly, cleaning quality! I rented clothes to the laundry for cheap! It was even a pity to leave!

Great location, cozy room, good bed and linens, very friendly staff, delicious breakfasts next door.
Cleaning is very conditional, did not notice the cleanliness after cleaning. The garbage was taken out, but the hair on the floor did not disappear. Neither from the floor nor from the shower. For 5 days of stay, towels and bed linen were not changed.

I stayed at this hotel on the recommendation of friends who had previously been there. Very responsive and friendly staff, always ready to help, especially the manager George! The hotel has a convenient location, located 5 minutes from the center!
I would like more cleanliness, especially in the bathroom and I would change the bed linen, it is not pleasant to sleep on a sheet with spools

Lovely hotel
Excellent Hotel in the quiet center of Yerevan! 💖 Republic Square 5 minutes away. beautiful street. I wrote on the hotel website to check us in 2 hours earlier, there were no problems, they settled in. They accepted us like relatives, treated us to coffee, tea unlimitedly ☺️ Super staff, George, Gohar and unfortunately didn’t ask the name of another beautiful girl at the reception 😘 guys, Thank you very much, you made our holiday even more beautiful! 🫶 Everything is clean and stylish in the hotel. Corresponds to the photos from the site. Near the restaurant, by agreement with the hotel, they serve chic breakfasts with a big discount! I recommend the hotel!!

Lovely vernissage hotel
We chose this hotel very carefully: the location in the center near Republic Square, the atmosphere, living conditions, value for money were important to us. This is a very nice hotel decorated in the style of the vernissage: the rooms are not marked with numbers, but with the names of the artists whose works are presented in these rooms. We arrived quite late in the evening, very pleasant communication with the administrator, who met us, they offered us tea and coffee, placed us, explained everything. We managed to take a little walk in the city center, see the evening Yerevan, as we wanted. In the morning they helped us print tickets, called a taxi to the airport. We will gladly stay at this hotel again.

I liked the large double bed with clean linen, the fact that there is a folding chair and delicious Armenian tea for free at the reception, you can ask for coffee as well. in a nearby cafe from the hotel, delicious breakfasts are served at a discount for 2000 drams.
when we checked in, there was someone else's wet towel on a hook, no dental kits, the floor is very cold, our child is still crawling, but this is rather a plus, since the room is not so hot. the audibility is strong, through the window you can see people walking very close.

Overall a great hotel for the money.
Was passing through Yerevan, 2 days between flights. Great location - city center, everything within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful with all questions. They serve coffee at the reception desk. Breakfast - in a nearby cafe (10 meters from the hotel), inexpensive and tasty. You can have lunch and dinner there as well.
I must say right away that the comments are not critical and did not particularly affect the overall impression of the stay: - The hotel is on the 1st floor, respectively, the view from the window into the courtyard, the residents of the house walk past the windows. He kept the curtains closed. - WiFi sags periodically, especially in the evenings. - The cafe next to the hotel opens at 9 am. Therefore, if you need it early in the morning (for example, on a tour), think over other options for where to eat.

Everything is good, friendly staff.
Great location in the heart of the city, walking distance to all major sights. Very friendly staff, always ready to help. The room is quiet, overlooking the courtyard.
Towels are changed every 3 days, I would like at least every other day. But upon request, they are ready to change every day.

Very comfortable pillows and bed. Excellent WiFi. The sweetest staff. He offered comfortable conditions for working on a laptop in the common area, treated him to tea and cookies. Location is great
The window is actually more like a shop window, but mirrored from the side of the street. If you do not close the curtains, then passers-by walk as if right next to the bed. If you close the window and curtains, then you can live, but rather 1-2 nights. The bathroom is very small, but there were no problems. My friends praised this hotel very much, as they lived with windows facing the courtyard

A great place for a relaxing holiday
The hotel is great! Stayed a couple of days before flying Perfect option! The staff is very nice and helpful, great guys, always help :)

Excellent comfortable hotel in the center of Yerevan
The hotel is located next to the atmospheric Vernissage, not far from Republic Square. Everything is within walking distance. The room is cozy, in pleasant warm colors. Comfortable mattress and pillows. The shower has excellent hot and cold water pressure. There is a refrigerator, wardrobe and hangers. You can ask the administrator to make tea. By the way, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful! It so happened that the time spent in Yerevan increased, and I was able to extend the number for a few more days. It was comfortable in every way.
The hotel is located on the 1st floor. Someone always walked past the windows, so I had to keep the curtains always closed. And I love natural daylight. I missed him.

Lovely quiet hotel with a convenient location and friendly staff, besides a small price The room is small but cozy, you can always ask the administrator for coffee or tea, + they helped with ordering pizza delivery)
You can expand the order of breakfast / or some other food for the whole day, wi-fi is a little naughty closer to the night

Nice to stay for a couple of days!
Friendly staff. The area is quiet, calm. Nearby is Vernissage, a bank (it is convenient to change money). Good internet.
I had panoramic windows that overlooked the road, so it was not very comfortable. Breakfast is average.

The hotel did not live up to expectations
The location of the hotel is excellent, staff
The price / quality ratio, in our opinion, does not match. The soundproofing of the room is poor, in the morning you wake up from the noise outside the door with the feeling that you are sleeping in the corridor. There is a strong sewer smell from the bathroom. The room is not at all as bright as in the photos (maybe we got one, the room is opposite the reception desk). Breakfast was rated 2 out of 10. As a result, it was not comfortable and not at all what was expected from the description and previous reviews, so we moved out the next day (even the remaining paid three days of stay at the hotel did not stop us and did not help us see even the slightest comfort). It's a pity, but this is not a 4 * boutique hotel, but rather a home hotel! :( P.S. The administrator did not even ask why we were leaving so early that something might not suit us.

All liked it! The staff is pleasant, responsive. Breakfast is modest (Compared to a hotel where the cost of a room is 50 euros per person + 7-10 euros breakfast)! I had something to eat, I was satisfied and full, my wife got used to a slightly different breakfast. When reading about the rooms of this hotel, some visitors mentioned soundproofing. If you want to talk and compare, then I can give those who wish several 3-star hotels in several central areas of European cities (prices from 25 euros per person, without breakfast) and then we can discuss soundproofing.)) Price and quality are at the level, even in benefit of quality!
On the first day, the weather, sleet and Mount Ararat is not visible at all! ))) But, they called the right place)) and the weather in the following days was beautiful!

I don't see any reason to come back.
I booked a superior room, the price for it was higher than for other rooms. Settled in Aivazovsky's room. The room is small, but the bottom line is that it is just a fenced off part of the corridor directly at the entrance to the hotel, one wall is a glass showcase, the other borders on the reception. Audibility is a nightmare, calls to the reception, every arrival and departure to the hotel, pedestrians, cars all through your ears. The walls are paper. The glass wall also deserves attention, if you open the curtains, the feeling that you are lying on the sidewalk, you get a room without a window - a pantry. Such conditions do not give the opportunity to relax at least at night. Bathroom all back to back, sink, toilet, shower. The towels smell of chlorine. They refused to move to another room, as well as to duplicate the name of the service in Russian on the receipt. A very small building has been converted into a hotel. There is no separate room for breakfast in the hotel, breakfast is served in the corridor. Breakfast products are placed on the bar counter in the corridor. The same bar counter is a place to store the suitcases of departing customers. The choice is not great. The taste is very mediocre, paper sausages, undercooked buckwheat, incomprehensible taste of packaged juice. This is despite the abundance of quality products in Yerevan. Mugs with cracks. I got the worst room in the hotel, but the rest of the same format. In the other 4 rooms, from the early morning, full audibility from the kitchen, I asked the neighbors. The overall impression is that of a hostel level, and such a hotel can exist, but to sell such rooms as superior is a deliberate misleading of customers. The price does not meet the conditions, the location is not an argument, the center is full of offers at this price, especially in October.

Great, cheap, comfortable.
Excellent location: in the morning you can go straight to the vernissage, very friendly staff, clean rooms, everything is new. The cons are all offset by the price, of course. Didn't have time for breakfast, but I think coffee is served with something.
Aivazovsky has a large window directly onto the street, it is quite noisy in the morning, plus it is located directly opposite the reception desk and you can hear everything that happens from the entrance. But then again - the price and staff smooth out any inconvenience.

Perfect for Yerevan sightseeing
The staff was very cute and kind. Good location and you can walk to various places. It was nice to have a street with many souvenir shops in front of me.
I was asked to come in for cleaning, but I forgot to change the bath towel.

Charming and small city hotel.
A very small and charming hotel with only five rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Centrally located next to the Vernissage market and within walking distance of Republic Square. Good beds. Good breakfast.
Parking is free but can be problematic during the day as the street is filled with Vernissage Market visitors.

Would recommend this hotel for couples or solo travelers
Lovely small, very cozy hotel. It is located in the very center of Yerevan, right under the windows of the famous Vernissage, next to the Republic Square. Nice friendly staff, delicious breakfast. The room is small, but very nicely decorated, with everything you need for your stay.

Decent hotel, great breakfast.
The breakfast was decent. Quite to awaken yourself and your stomach. They served an omelet with green peas, slices of cheese and sausages, slices of fresh vegetables. The next day, instead of an omelet, there were boiled eggs. Coffee, tea, biscuits, sweets... A wonderful woman in the kitchen, who diligently laid out everything on the distributing table. Everything is worthy.
I would suggest to the hotel staff to add pillows not as high as they were. Two pillows: dense and soft - to choose from. The bed and mattress were excellent, comfortable, but the pillow was too high for me.

Friendly small hotel in a perfect location
The atmosphere in this small (5 rooms) hotel is very pleasant and friendly. All employees are pleasant and helpful. We really appreciated the decoration with the paintings of the great Armenian artists only when we learned more about them in the National Museum. The location very close to the central square, on a fairly quiet street and right on the big art and flea market is perfect and outweighs all other modesty.
The rooms are on the ground floor so you can look inside. The windows overlook the courtyard, so it's quiet there, but the view is not very good.

The hotel is not worth it.
Only the location in the center.
Having booked a "superior" room, we lived right on the street, on the road. So souvenir shops are usually located: 1st floor, entrance, floor-to-ceiling windows. Film is pasted on the windows of the room. There are cars parked in front of the window - this is a view of the attraction. At 5:30, conversations begin at the reception, they don’t let them sleep, on the second morning they made a scandal - this is soundproofing. Breakfast is a separate problem: a cold omelette with green peas, instant or cold coffee from a coffee pot. The hotel is only conveniently located in the center, but there is no service in it.

It was a very enjoyable stay.
Very good hotel with few rooms in the city center. Before arriving all my questions were answered within a very short time. The fact that the airport transfer worked flawlessly despite the flight delay is also a positive.

This is a mini hotel, only 5 rooms and all of them are on the 1st floor. For some reason, it's not mentioned anywhere. There are benches under the windows of the hotel, and the locals start sitting there from 8 am until late in the evening, the local path runs right under the windows. You can hear everything, there is no soundproofing, the window cannot be opened, the curtains are always curtained. Although it is written that 4 *, they began to change towels only when they asked for it. Breakfast is nominal.
