I'll start by saying that I liked EVERYTHING! I love to travel and have visited many places, but I have never seen such hospitality, friendly attitude and willingness to help in any hotel, in any country! Upon check-in, payment was not immediately taken, we spent 10 days at the hotel and no one from the reception reminded us of the payment during our vacation - I paid only just before leaving. Another such moment: I had not yet had time to change rubles for drams and I had nothing to pay for a taxi to the bank, the receptionist gave me her money, although I didn’t even ask! Here is the attitude! We were given a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and Yerevan in general. Enjoying the sunset sitting in an armchair (in the room or on the balcony - it all depends on the time of year) and drinking pomegranate wine (very tasty by the way) after an interesting walk around the city is a real pleasure! The bed and mattress are very comfortable new, a lot of pillows, a huge TV, carpet - very comfortable, the sofa unfolds into a full bed, 2 armchairs, a table, a refrigerator, a kettle - everything is as in the description of the room. Bathrobes and slippers, toiletries, hair dryer, shower and bath, all plumbing is new. The bathroom has a huge panoramic window into the room, which you can close the blinds if you wish, or you can take a bath and admire Yerevan! There is air conditioning: it works for cooling and heating. Location: close enough to the beginning of the ring boulevard (a park with cafes and attractions for children), where everyone takes daily walks, literally 8-10 minutes. Immediately on the way you will have a large church of St. Gregory - beautiful and monumental! Near the hotel there is: grocery store, pharmacy, food market. Breakfast: quite decent - scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs, sausages, sliced ​​​​sausage and cheese, oatmeal, cereal, cottage cheese, sour cream, dried fruits, honey, yogurt, nuts, croissants and buns. In general: the hotel has a restaurant with a panoramic view of the city on the 8th floor. Elegant and cozy.

An honest good hotel, the conditions of stay are normally organized, which can be difficult to find in Yerevan. So far, the hotel is very new, fresh, so living here is comfortable. Nevertheless, I think that even in a year everything will be completely different here. I was in room 406. The windows overlook the street without much traffic, with the window closed, the noise from the street is not heard at all. Wi-fi worked well, more than enough for zoom meetings. Breakfasts for the taste of a not super sophisticated person were very cool, also on the roof with a view of the city. The hotel staff is friendly. The restaurant is very tasty, there are full first and second courses (soup, ojakhuri, khashlama), which can be ordered to the room for lunch and dinner, although this is not written on the menu that is in the room. The soundproofing between the room and the corridor is weak, but you will not find another in Yerevan, and this hotel compares favorably in that there are only 6 rooms per floor. Therefore, doors slamming from all over in the morning are heard only 5-6 times. The housekeeping staff here are very quiet, not talking out loud to each other at 6am like they could be, and you can tell they're being watched, which is great.

The breakfast is wonderful. The staff is very friendly, always smiling and ready to help. The room is cozy and comfortable (like the rest of the hotel). Everything for guests! If problems arise, they are quickly resolved by Alexander - the "heart" of the hotel.

Quiet location, about 20 minutes walk from the center. Opposite is a small supermarket. Rich breakfast on the beautiful rooftop terrace with glass floor. Large swimming pool. Very nice lady at the front desk. Ironing facilities on each floor. good network Water bottles were available daily. Apart from a few mishaps, we really liked it there and would stay here again.

Near the hotel (go in different directions) there are two supermarkets: SAS and Yerevan City. There is a simple budget cafe with a bar on the GUM market, open until 11 pm. They feed great! The hotel has a good breakfast. There is everything: cuts of meat and cheese, scrambled eggs / sausages, sausages / bacon, milk, hot side dish, pastries, seasonal fruits, tea, instant coffee, jam from local vegetables)). The atmosphere of breakfast in the warm season is created by an open veranda with a glass floor. There is a bar in the lobby of the hotel, which has a menu. Walking distance to the city center, next to a 5-minute walk is a SAS supermarket, an exchanger with a favorable rate (better than in banks), in the same place, next to Artash's restaurant (not a tourist one), therefore with the "correct" portion size and good value, private bakery. The hotel is very clean, amazing breakfast on the glass floor terrace, the deluxe room had both a bathtub and a shower room. The staff is very helpful and pleasant, the rooms were cleaned daily. There is also a kettle in the room, 2 cups with dishes and 2 glasses. Water, tea and coffee were added daily. The hotel is located in the middle of private houses, the view is certainly not very good. But relatively close to the center. The main market goes down 100 meters. Breakfasts are quite normal: scrambled eggs, vegetables, rice or buckwheat, cottage cheese, several types of cheese, delicious juices and pastries.

When you enter the hotel, you see a pool with blue water and the mood is immediately on vacation) The rooms are clean, even very clean. Bathrobes and towels are soft, the shower has everything you need, even a razor and foam. The restaurant is on the top floor of the hotel, where breakfast is held, there is a terrace with a transparent floor, you can see the pool under your feet and a view of Ararat, although it is slightly closed by a construction site. Breakfasts are delicious and varied (which is a rarity in Armenia), on request, they prepare scrambled eggs, fried eggs, and grain coffee. A very big plus of the hotel in the summer season, the presence of a pool, towels and lockers for personal belongings are in the special equipment room next to the basik.

They clean well, even the slippers were changed every time (I see this for the first time, usually they gave it once and that's it) the hotel provides all the accessories: Toothbrush, paste, slippers, towels, cotton swabs, shampoo, shower gel. Heated pool (you can swim even in autumn) When they arrived, the DJ played and showed National dances.

To begin with, this hotel will remain in my heart. This is what I will recommend if you need to stay in Yerevan on a budget enough, and most importantly with comfort, coziness and warm attitude of the staff. We arrived at the hotel early enough, but after 10 minutes we were already settled and this is without any additional payments. My room was deluxe, a very spacious room with a huge bed, good mattress and great linens. The room had a sofa, TV, large roomy linen closet with hangers, a tray with tea accessories. electric kettle, bottled water replenished every day. The bathroom is huge, towels, slippers, bathrobes. Very good black-out curtains I want to note that pleasant quiet music always plays in the halls on the floor and it smells soooo !!!! The floor is covered with a carpet, which may not be practical for cleaning, but on the other hand, the footsteps of the guests and the noise of the wheels from the suitcases are not heard at all. Breakfast: yoghurts, several types of cheeses, sausages, breakfast cereals, boiled eggs, sliced ​​vegetables, olives. Hot potatoes, broccoli, fried sausages. One morning a woman came up to us at breakfast and offered to make an omelet or scrambled eggs. Water, some kind of drinks, tea, instant coffee. Everything is enough and without restrictions in the form of a buffet. A huge open terrace with a glass floor, where it is so pleasant to have breakfast and enjoy the awakening Yerevan. The pool was already in operation, it is heated, but we just didn't have enough time to visit it. And the most important thing is the staff of this hotel. Alexander, who, without exaggeration, has always been at the workplace. We are returning from excursions, he is still at the hotel, we get up early to leave for these, he is already at the restaurant for breakfast, as if to wish us good morning. Any questions, problems in this hotel can be solved and I never felt for a second that we were welcome!

The pool is located on the 1st floor, very warm and quite long and deep. There is a restaurant on the 8th floor, where breakfasts are held. The breakfasts are monotonous but delicious scrambled eggs, sausages, sausages, cheeses, porridge, pastries, juices, yoghurts, apples, a couple of times there were strawberries. You can have a snack here during the day and dinner here in the evening. But there are not enough waiters. 1 waiter at all tables, waiting for drinks is a very long time and during the day by the pool, and in the evening at dinner. We got on the show program with Armenian folk dances, it was beautiful and bewitching. The cleaning of the rooms is excellent. Overall I recommend the hotel

Breakfasts on the 8th floor with great views. Breakfasts are good, everything is there, nothing superfluous) Only instant coffee. The beds are luxurious, it is a pleasure to sleep. The attitude of the staff is as if they are all your big family. It was very cozy and sincere. In the basement there is a cellar with wine and cognac, tasting is held.

The Cognac hotel is decorated with the opportunity to swim in the heated pool at any time of the day in a cozy courtyard equipped with changing rooms with all the amenities. Delicious breakfasts in the hotel restaurant with a view of the snow-capped mountains will be remembered for a long time, and, if desired, an equally delicious dinner. Upon arrival at the hotel, the hospitable manager treats guests to cognac from the hotel's cellar, which is stored there in huge barrels. Had a rest at the Konyak hotel in April 2021. The hotel is very chic, clean comfortable, new modern renovation, cleaned every day. I really liked the presence of a heated pool and palm trees around it, the feeling was like in a resort and not in the center of Yerevan. The hotel is located within walking distance of all the attractions of the city. Delicious breakfasts in a panoramic restaurant with a gorgeous view of the city and mountains. Special thanks to Alexander and all the hotel staff for the warm and sincere atmosphere and birthday surprise. Now I will recommend everyone to stay at the Konyak hotel in Yerevan) This hotel made our stay very comfortable and unforgettable.

The price and quality are wonderful! The location is good to any place in the center for a maximum of 10-12 minutes. Taxi prices a maximum of 150 rubles is for comfort +. There is a large grocery market near the hotel. Fresh fruit is better to take near the market cheaper and fresher, near the Tashir center there is a clothing market from "type" of branded items to carpets. The hotel has a good pool and sun loungers, to relax and sunbathe just right. The costs are good, everything is there. Now about the most important thing) The number was 400. Simply gorgeous !!! 40 m2! two balconies! above the bass, a huge bed with a lot of pillows, a good big TV of the last generation, and not like old boxes, even in the fives, shorter than the cooler 5 *. 100% recommendation.

The only hotel in Yerevan with an outdoor heated pool! Excellent 4 *! New hotel, everything is fresh. Excellent breakfasts. An excellent manager who is ready to help solve guests' questions at any time) The hotel's trademark is a wine cellar, where you can buy cognac of your own production. The cognac is excellent, with fruity notes, if 5 years old, then it is suitable for women, soft. The cuisine in the hotel restaurant is excellent and not expensive.

Our trip to Yerevan turned out to be very spontaneous, but so sincere! Largely thanks to the hotel. Everything here is new, fresh, clean. And the most important thing that bribed me was the attitude towards you as a family member. We did not expect such cordiality to admit. The main phrase in the hotel from the cook, the cleaning lady to the administrator Alexander (he separately deserves 10 points for his work): "No problem, everything will be done now." My son was delighted with the pool (always 28-30 degrees, regardless of the weather outside), as well as the owner's dog named Mickey and parrots. Special thanks to Vanik for the transfer, already from the airport we felt welcome!

Had a great 6 days at this hotel. The hospitality is felt right from the reception, the wonderful manager Alexander solves any issues) very good, varied breakfast (buffet, you can additionally ask to make an omelet or porridge). We had enough of this food until the evening)) breakfasts are held on the 8th floor on the veranda, from there a beautiful view of Yerevan and the mountains opens. Once we tried dinner at the same hotel - I also really liked it. Another huge plus is the heated pool, it was comfortable to sunbathe and swim. The room is cozy, clean, everything is new, bathrobes, slippers. Excellent service throughout the hotel. The rooms are quiet, you can't hear the neighbors. The center is 15-20 minutes on foot (we love to walk, we were not bothered), but you can call a taxi (within 100 rubles you can get anywhere in the center). Many thanks to the Hotel Cognac and the manager Alexander for our wonderful stay. I'll be back with pleasure :)
