Great location, small room
Very clean, cozy and comfortable environment. Refrigerator, mini bar, hair dryer, slippers, nice towels, liquid soap, hair dryer, toothbrushes with toothpaste. But the most important thing for us was the location, it was convenient to walk. The staff is very responsive, allowed to leave things before check-in and after check-out, quickly and with participation answered our requests in correspondence.
Ground floor, inability to open the window and stuffiness (the ventilation system was turned on at night, it got better), very small area of the room, audibility (the street is not as much audible as the guests at the tables in the common hall and in neighboring rooms, every sneeze)). In general, we got what we wanted, the priority was the location, so we were satisfied

Comfortable hotel in the city center
Compact, well-renovated rooms with air conditioning, safe, laundry service. Good soundproofing. Very friendly and helpful staff, many thanks!
The room is quite small, the windows are on the floor, they face the street (1st floor), that is, you feel a little in the window) And do not open the window. But there is good air conditioning and excellent soundproofing, so it was not critical.

Hotel in the heart of Yerevan
Interior design, cleanliness, location, it was possible to use the shared kitchen.
Poor sound insulation - you can hear all the rooms and if the windows face the street, you can hear the road.

Excellent hotel!
Neat and well refurbished room. This hotel has attentive and helpful staff. Needed dishes, just asked - they immediately gave. We learned that we had a wedding, made a surprise in the room. It was very nice!! Good daily cleaning!! Cleaning the floor and changing the towels!
One minus: the double bed is made of two beds with a pit in the center.

more or less nice room design. comfortable pillow. excellent location of the hotel. friendly staff, low cost, that's where the pros end. I wouldn't stop for the second time, it's better to pay extra and live in more comfortable conditions
wi fi loads terribly, there is a network, but large files are not being downloaded. for me it was important, because on vacation there are work issues that require an immediate solution. now about the number. I was given a room on the ground floor. I'm not used to living in a dungeon. the window is not open, there is little sunlight, there is no fresh air, this is important for me. Would never stay in this room again. the mattress in the room is not very comfortable, spring, old type or the cheapest option. you can hear a creak and fall out when you lie down, it's terrible. I slept very badly. safe in the room. don't rush to use it. I put gold and documents in the safe on the day of arrival, on the day of departure the safe did not open, although the password was entered correctly. it did not open mechanically with the administrator key either. opened later. but I managed to get nervous, as I was in a hurry, and secondly, a taxi was already waiting for me, which had to pay extra for waiting. breakfasts. They are not here. at all. when booking, the breakfast option is disabled, but like many other hotels, I expected that it would be possible to pay for breakfast on the spot. but alas. The hotel simply does not cook. upset. this is again wasted time, in the morning I had to call a taxi, go to breakfast, go back to the hotel

Staff and location are the main advantages of R&R
The staff at the hotel is just lovely, very caring and friendly. Everyone helped me with calling a taxi and other little things. Also, the location of the hotel exceeded all expectations. It is located near the main square, where there are many restaurants and bars. Highly recommend for short trips
The room was a little stuffy and because of the thin walls you can hear very well what is going on in the neighboring rooms. But it didn't stop me from sleeping at night.

These are incredibly kind and hospitable hotel staff, who met every day with a smile, clarified whether something was needed, offered tea, coffee, and wished a good day. I don't remember such a warm reception for a long time! Thanks a lot to them. The location is amazingly convenient - walking distance to any point in the center. Very spacious room, nice bathroom, comfortable bed. Very comfortable and stylish room!
There are a few things you might need to consider: 1. The room is on the first floor, so the windows face either the backyard with parking or the sidewalk. No noise is heard, but this may confuse some. 2. Since the housing is located in the center, you can feel the subway passing by. It didn't bother me at all. 3. It would be nice to refresh and whitewash the walls in the room :) Everything is clean in the room, but scuffs are visible on the walls.

Fabulous
A fresh hotel with an up-to-date design in close proximity to the very center, in fact, the center is. The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful and helped with all questions. Modern, clean and spacious room with every comfort. The fact that this is the first floor does not interfere at all and does not bother. The window overlooked the courtyard, the soundproofing is excellent, the curtains are thick - we slept well. Mini-bar with democratic prices, towels, hair dryer, shampoos/gels, slippers. There is a really great cafe next door with homemade food and great prices.

I really liked the friendliness of the staff. Helped at any time of the day. Nice new renovation in the rooms. Comfortable beds. When booking, please note that some rooms are located on the ground floor and you will hear cars and sometimes the metro. And the soundproofing in the rooms is not very good. The price / quality is fully justified!

The hotel is completely inconvenient for a comfortable stay
The location of the hotel is good. The room is clean. WiFi works well.
1. We were settled in the basement where instead of a window there was a glass hole in A4 format. There are also no balconies. 2. The room is terribly damp. Ventilation does not work. 3. There is absolutely no space in the room. Even in order to pass a person without things, you need to dodge either the chair or the corner of the bed. There is not even a place on the floor to open the suitcase and spread out things. 4. There is no elevator. I had to go up and down a narrow spiral staircase with a 20kg suitcase. 5. There is no breakfast in the hotel. 6. The price does not match the quality by 100%. During our stay in Yerevan, we lived in more than one hotel, and there is something to compare. 7. The staff does not know what a smile is, which is very surprising for the city itself.

The hotel is not worth the money.
The hotel has a convenient location. Good Wi-Fi, there were no difficulties with the Internet.
Everything needs to be improved. Starting with the smiles of the staff and understanding of Russian speech. The young staff had problems understanding the Russian language. The rooms are very damp - the biggest minus. And this is in 30 degree heat outside the window. The air conditioner cannot be adjusted in terms of power. No breakfast at the hotel. There is no lift. Access to the room is through a narrow spiral staircase. The rooms are so small that it is not possible to open a suitcase on the floor.

I recommend the area of this hotel, but I do not recommend this hotel.
I liked the area where the hotel is located.
The staff is very insistent on being paid in cash while their TPE is open. We pay for breakfast not served (supposedly due to Covid). We charge laundry at a crazy price for Armenia. The room card is deactivated before check-out.

The only negative is that the hotel is located on the first floor, you had to close the curtains, otherwise all movements in the room are visible from the street. Because of this, the room was dark

Overall a good value for money hotel.
A small hotel (10 rooms) within walking distance from attractions (Northern Avenue, Republic Square, Armenian Opera and Ballet Theatre, a couple of km from the hotel are Matenadaran, Cascade). The rooms are clean and have everything you need for your stay. Breakfast selection is small but tasty. One of the residents had a DR, the hotel made a compliment (champagne, fruit, chocolate). Very nice. There was one unpleasant moment - the curtain fell off in one of the rooms, but everything was fixed.
I never figured out how to turn on the TV.

Great location. Very friendly staff. Beautiful and clean room. There is everything you need. The breakfast is varied. They gave me a nice checkout bonus.
The rooms are not soundproofed. You can hear what is happening in the dining room, in the lobby and next room (sound of water and hair dryer).

Convenient location, good breakfast, you can ask for coffee. On the opposite side there is a travel agency where you can book group or individual excursions.
There is no way to open the window and poor soundproofing.

Very nice and helpful hosts and staff. Parking behind the house was organized immediately. The location is ideal for sightseeing in the center.
What is not clear from the description and photo: the rooms are only on the first floor and in the basement! And it's on a very busy road. We had a street view room and you can't do it without ear plugs...

All as in the picture. The hotel is quite new, everything is clean and tidy, the rooms are not very big, but there is enough room for three! In Yerevan, in principle, there are problems with hotels, and this one is in the center, 7 minutes slowly to the Republic Square. The staff is great, they don't sleep at night. The young man helped to contact the taxi driver, because it is impossible to park in front of the hotel. Breakfast is killer and delicious

I put 10 out of 10, so these are just wishes: We lived on the first floor, a panoramic window to the street - very beautiful! But there is still a minus on the first floor, I don’t know how comfortable it is, as I understand it, there is a small window under the ceiling. Add a foot towel!!! Towels are new and clean, but they have a slightly unpleasant smell, such as mustiness, add fabric softener or dry them in the sun))

Lovely modern, new small hotel in the heart of the city. To Republic Square 5 minutes at a leisurely pace. In the other direction, Tumanyan Street is very close, where there are many shops and wonderful restaurants. The hotel is cozy, the rooms have everything you need (air conditioning, safe, kettle with cups, in the shower - a set of accessories, hairdryer, hygienic shower). Good soundproofing, which is extremely important to me. The breakfast is delicious, I enjoyed it! I would like to highlight the staff! All the girls at the reception, whom I managed to catch during my stay at the hotel, are incredibly pleasant and friendly, they speak excellent Russian, they will help in any matter. In the bustle before leaving, I did not ask the name of the girl who was seeing me off (very young, long-haired beauty). She told me so many kind words!!! Thank you very much! I really want to come back! And I will definitely come again! I recommend the hotel!!!
Three small notes: 1. It would be nice to add more fruit for breakfast (although the melons were great!!!) 2. The double bed in my room, in fact, turned out to be just a double bed, it is uncomfortable to sleep on it because of the seam in the middle. Still need a common double mattress. 3. It would be nice to add more hangers to the locker

Rested with my sister from 19 to 21 June. Lovely brand new modern hotel. Located 10 minutes from the main square of the city. The staff is wonderful. Breakfasts are such that you don't want to eat until the evening. The room has everything you need. Clean, pleasant, calm.
Place an ashtray at the entrance
