Not enough linens and too small pillows for expected quality and given the size of the bed it would make sense to have a real bed with a duvet. The room rate is high and we expect the bed to be larger. Noise in the evening and part of the night. The staff does not pay attention to the fact that people are sleeping in the rooms. They made a lot of noise from the time we arrived until 1am. between high heels on the floor and stairs and a delivery that was next to our room with an incessant hum. The walls are not well insulated from noise. There is no way to regulate the heating, even though there are two non-working reversible air conditioners. we were too hot, even after asking 2 times at reception to turn it off. So I didn't sleep very well.

Went to on New Year's weekend, at night it was impossible to sleep, constant noise from the bath. But the problem was solved, apologized for the inconvenience, found a compromise. Not located in the most picturesque place ... The pool could only be visited in the morning

The fact that in the end the trip turned out to be a day shorter, but there was no recalculation. Apart from that, the sauna service is not well thought out. The stay in the sauna was considered longer due to the fact that I did not warn that I had left it. Although it took for an hour. If there was a desire to extend, I would call. My hour passed, I went to my room. As a result, just in case, after a while I decided to warn that I had quit. But it turned out they were waiting for my call. Well, in the end, I just paid for half an hour of the sauna and a day of stay at the hotel. No complaints - that's what I didn't like.

A big minus is the noise outside the window at night. Some kind of parties. Everyone is screaming and singing. Earplugs don't help much. Paid sauna. If it is convenient to take a taxi from the center to the hotel, then you will have to take a detour from the hotel to the center. Taxi drivers never entered the hotel territory, although they indicated it. It is far from the center, although taxi prices are very pleasing in Armenia.

Location on a quiet slope, if you order a taxi to the hotel and go to the center, you either need to cross the road and stand on the highway, or go to the U-turn +10 minutes. It is noisy in the evenings, the locals come for a clean night out. There is a construction site nearby. A double bed is connected from two.

This hotel, it turns out, has a cool sauna, which is rented at night. Therefore, it is almost impossible to sleep there: music pounds and squeals of joyful girls until morning. You can't go there with children, alas ((

My husband and I did not like that it is not clear from the profile on Booking.com that the pool is open for free access only from 7:00 to 13:00, and the rest of the time it costs an hour as a room per night. The profile also does not reflect that, first of all, this is not a hotel, but a SPA complex for those who are looking for complete privacy: several garages are greeted on the territory of the guest, if you arrived by taxi, then you will first have to go down to the basement level, go into utility room, climb the stairs and here you are at the reception. Everything in this hotel reads that you are a second-class guest - a small extra. When at night after 22:00 the music of the main guests was heard in earplugs, we called the reception. We were advised to put on ear plugs and explained that it was just a birthday there ... When asked to turn on the ventilation so that we could close the window and not suffocate, they told us: "Yes, yes, of course" and did not turn on anything. Very expensive restaurant and room service. If you want to put something in the refrigerator, you need to put out what is already there. It's packed full of minibars.

Night concerts are just cruel !!! The hotel fully justifies its name: loud music until 6 am, screams, oars and unrestrained fun !! The closed windows, unfortunately, do not help ... we lived in the hotel for 10 days, 7 nights we tried to fall asleep to the trendy tracks :)))

Disco noise from sauna downstairs. The hotel is actually a sauna complex. The staff walks around in short dresses, brings associations to places of entertainment with saunas and girls. In general, the rooms are not very well thought out, a few little things strained, which could not be done in such a way, for example, in large chain hotels.

Armenians love to rest loudly and until the morning. Music interfered. If the service of renting a spa area for holding noisy feasts is provided, then the guests should also think about it. This is one of the downsides. Plus, towels can be provided for the pool, and not taken from the room. And one of the last in the evening the TV did not work, but I wanted to dance)

Apparently, the hotel rents a sauna to the locals. Friday night, I couldn't sleep at all. People yelled ugly in the sauna and the music was heard, probably, on the territory of the whole of Armenia. After a call at one in the morning and a request to make it quieter, people are sleeping, the hotel, after all, has not changed. Didn't sleep that night at all. The pool is free only until 1pm. Further paid, and decently so They smoke right in the lobby near the reception, nothing bothers anyone, apparently. The location is so-so, near the highway, without a car is unrealistic

Polite and responsive - there are no questions here, but the appearance is fully consistent with paragraph 1 - defiant makeup, obscenely short skirts, etc. 3. There is no lobby, and the entrance to the hotel is practically through the garage...) I may not have read the reviews well before booking, but I hope my review is useful-) I would never stay here again.

At night our room was a bit noisy from parties in the seating area downstairs of the hotel. I had to close the window and sleep with air conditioning. Tea bags, coffee and sugar were brought once and were not added again when they ran out. We had our own coffee, but we had to ask for sugar (they brought it right away).

The pool (cold!) and sauna were only free for 4 hours a day (in the morning). During the day, evening and night, an hour costs about 40 euros. But you do have a swimming pool, sauna, dressing room, shower, and two fully equipped bedrooms for yourself with a lounge area and a large stereo / TV. - Prices for drinks from the minibar were reasonable.

The breakfast is excellent, but the choice of three sets becomes boring if you stay for more than 3 days. It would be better to allow people into the spa area where there is a normal pool. When prepaid, the price turns out to be much higher than Booking shows. It is more profitable to pay in drams upon check-in, rather than with a ruble card. It would be nice to add magnifying mirrors to the restrooms. In the spa area, the shower is open, preferably a glass door or at least a curtain, and a screen in the locker room. The contingent at the hotel is very different and not everyone is ready to demonstrate nudity to others.

No extra towels provided for use of the pool/sauna.
