Quiet, comfortable hotel
Breakfast is good, but monotonous, I would like improvements in this direction.
WiFi is intermittent, but the staff can sometimes fix it. The gym needs more equipment.

Great option in the center of Yerevan
Excellent location in the center of Yerevan, spacious room, comfortable bed, four pillows per king size bed.
The wi-fi did not work in the room on the 5th floor. At the same time, wi-fi worked for friends on the 2nd and 7th floors.

cozy hotel in the very center
located right on Republic Square, very convenient to walk around the city. the hotel is comfortable, clean and cozy with very friendly staff. delicious and plentiful breakfasts, good housekeeping.
We were very disappointed with the New Year's dinner, we did not like the dishes at all, it's good that there was live music. the room as a whole was comfortable, but not quite new, we were not embarrassed.

In general, the hotel is good, but the breakfasts do not fully meet the class of the hotel and expectations.
Great location. Large comfortable room.
Breakfast is very poor. Breakfast place is very small and not conveniently located buffet line. Breakfast staff not helpful.

The hotel is good. But the room was not ready on time
Good chain hotel. Good number. Good beds, quiet. Comfortable sleep.
Check-in time was from 15:00. We arrived at 15:10 and the room was still being cleaned. I had to take a walk. The room was given a higher class, but the bar did not have basic cutlery.

The beginning of June
Very good location Everything is within walking distance, restaurants, parks, shops Buffet breakfast, small selection but tasty We lived on the 7th floor, the view from the window into the courtyard is not very pleasant, we always kept the blinds closed So on the other side, a view of the parking lot of the business center, friends lived on the 2nd floor, it was also necessary to close the curtains WiFi is available and works fine

I will be back and can recommend.
Hospitable, helpful staff, privacy and quiet, and yet the hotel is located in the center of Republic Square and therefore well isolated.
Unfortunately the only downside, I smelled cigarettes without knowing where it came from during breakfast, probably through the ventilation grilles. However, the rooms are non-smoking. Of course the hotel does not need to be informed.

It could have been better
Everything is clear, the staff knows their job
Rooms require cosmetics - sometimes cracks on the walls. There are not enough useful little things - bathrobes, toothbrushes, etc. You have to waste time and ask to bring. In general, everything is fine, but it could be better.

Is it a Hyatt?
If we talk about what we liked, then this is the location of the hotel. In the very center, everything is nearby. Responsive, very kind staff
You can write a lot here. No thick curtains on the windows, blinds can not create comfort in the room, no shower gel, no healthy food options at breakfast, no one offers help in sending luggage to the room. The room was not cleaned until 17 hours, and came when we were resting after the tour in the evening. The second time I would not stay at this hotel

Hayat disappointed
Hotel location.
The number of tables is clearly not designed for the number of guests, repeatedly had to wait for a free table at breakfast. The queue in front of the coffee machine is a common occurrence. The supply of hot water in the hotel is limited, there is no hot water in the interval from 10 to 11 am, you can not take a shower. Cleaning is carried out mainly in the evening around 18 hours, which is inconvenient. The price does not match the quality.

Great small hotel in the center
The location is right in the center, close to everything, very convenient if you don't have a car. Nice spacious room. Polite staff.
There was nowhere to sit for breakfast, apparently there were a lot of people on May, there were not enough tables for such a number

The price and location of the hotel are decisive when choosing this hotel
Great location, within walking distance of tourist spots, the central market and many good restaurants.
The hotel is far from new and the rooms are in need of a refreshing refurbishment.

We expected to see a representative hotel of the global chain, but in fact we were a little disappointed.
Comfortable clean rooms with everything you need. Breakfast is monotonous, but tasty from quality products.
Prohibit smoking in the reception area. Because of the smoke, it is difficult to breathe for both guests and the hotel staff themselves. We were with a child - being in a smoky room for a child is not acceptable. Also, the receptionist did not satisfy the request for a dental kit.

The best location in Yerevan
Very good value for money. Just a few steps from the Republic Square, the attractive city center. Functional room, working air conditioning, good, rich breakfast buffet. In addition, always helpful, friendly staff. Overall, however, this is more of a rational hotel than a luxurious Hyatt hotel. However, we would check in there again if needed.
