Nice hotel in the center
-excellent breakfast -good spa, but caps are required in the pool and this is basically a sports club that strangers go to from outside the hotel -convenient location - friendly staff - pure - I asked for a bathrobe for the pool - they brought it quickly, thank you!
- worn carpets - need to be updated - the most terrible: in the room on the ceiling, a fire alarm light is flashing. Flashes even at night, which interfered with sleep - there are no toiletries in the room (only on request at the reception) - this is inconvenient - taking into account all the nuances, the price is too high

The fact that when renewing the number, we were not awarded points of the loyalty program. And employees who are ideal in all other aspects - they were not interested - we are participants in the network's loyalty program. There are several elevators in the lobby, and each of them is called and moves completely independently of the others, which causes an unnecessary and stupid waste of both electricity and increases the waiting time for the elevator.

Excellent but expensive
Excellent modern rooms with all amenities. Good bed, large room, iron, kettle, TV.
The view from the window was in the well at some unfinished house, but in general it's not scary.

Not a bad option for a short stop
The best thing about the hotel is its location. Very central, good restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean and feels like new. Good, varied breakfasts. Good restaurant on the ground floor. The rooms are small but have everything you need including iron and board. The staff is very pleasant and friendly
When booking, I chose a larger room with a sofa. In fact, the room was obviously smaller than the declared size and without a sofa, and even with a view of some wall, that is, no view at all. There were a lot of midges in the room. The hotel pool is also a fitness center and there is a huge number of people there, from children's groups with a coach to professional athletes. Only one lane remains for hotel guests, strange and inconvenient

Booked 1 month in advance, the Premium room was changed to Standard without prior notice on the day of arrival. Although the staff tried to compensate for this unpleasant experience with discounts in the restaurant and spa, as well as free breakfast for my guests

Breakfast in the lobby with a view of tourists with suitcases at the reception is more of a solution for budget hotels. For a hotel in the heart of the city, I would like a more romantic start to the day)). Moreover, there is a nice patio, why not have breakfast there in the summer.

Excellent hotel
The hotel is modern, clean and centrally located. There is a spa area and a swimming pool. There is hair conditioner)), bathrobes. We cleaned up well. It was quiet, we didn't hear the neighbors.
There was no toothbrush kit. Paid caps in the pool surprised)) It is not clear why it is impossible to give out disposable hats in the spa area.

Improve the control of the hotel administrator over the staff.
The hotel is located in the very center of the city. Excellent breakfasts. High ceilings and spacious rooms. Bed linen, bathrobes, high quality slippers. The room and the hotel are clean.
In the first room presented to us by the hotel, the telephone, TV, and toilet did not work. There were no towels or bed linen for the child. Everything worked in the replacement room.

Great location, new comfortable hotel. Quiet at night, which is the most important thing for us! Nice view from the window to the patio, not the road. Got an early check in! Cool, warm pool, good sauna. Comfortable locker room, there are towels right in the spa. Comfortable, firm mattress; Two different firmness pillows to choose from. A modern Samsung TV that (hooray!) fits my external drive (and this is far from always the case in hotels). Polite staff. New quality equipment in the gym.
Flashing like a beacon in the night, a smoke detector! For me, as a person who does not like light at night, this is important. I don't know who this question is for the hotel, or the manufacturers of the sensors, but please make it blink only when something happens, and not every 10 seconds! Thin glass in the bathroom, it’s very cold there, it’s not critical for me, but it’s important for someone, you need to put a double-glazed window there. The function of ordering something to a room on TV does not work, it may be necessary to update the software or fix a bug. In the gym, some areas were closed, and this is quite critical, since there were mats and TRX. Breakfast is unfortunately not worth it, in the neighboring cafes can eat cheaper and tastier.

Fabulous, lovely pool and spa. The hotel is extremely well located. Tasty breakfast. At the same time, other services are at a good European level. I recommend.
The entrance to the hotel is equipped with an elevator for the disabled, but not equipped with an elementary ramp for suitcases.

Liked the hotel very much. 4 * - feels like 5 *. warm clean rooms, comfortable beds, excellent, spacious bathroom. also in the hotel spa, a large swimming pool and several steam rooms. at breakfast there is a sufficient choice of dishes - cereals, and pancakes, and eggs, and hot dishes, a sweet table and several options for seasonal fruits, and not the notorious bananas and apples, as is usually the case. The staff is very attentive and friendly. location is very central. We were very satisfied with our stay! I recommend!

It's always nice to stay in a city in a hotel with high standards, when everything is in its place, everything works, nothing leaks, nothing falls off. Nice pool and fitness. Delicious breakfasts. Ideal location, in the central square.
Hammam in the SPA was barely warm, but this did not disturb the overall impression of the hotel.

Full delight
We were completely delighted. Very polite staff ready to help with everything. Delicious varied breakfast buffet. A wonderful spa area, which is already included in the price, where there is a large swimming pool, and a hammam, and a sauna and even a salt room, as well as a jacuzzi and a bar with drinks. The hotel has a 24-hour gym. The room was very stylish, the most comfortable bed and a wonderful view from the window to the beautiful inner courtyard.

Almost everything, especially the interior of the hotel
The hotel restaurant is not ready to feed tourists lunches and dinners (everything is fine with breakfast). We tried to have lunch, waited 40 minutes for someone to take the order, then the same amount of the order itself, they brought it not quite right !!! Although this hotel chain promotes 24/7 food for babies, this is not)))

A swimming cap is required in the pool. A couple of times the video on the patio was turned on until late, which made it a little difficult to sleep because of the reflections, but I think this can be fixed if you ask the reception.

New modern hotel!
The hotel is new, modern design, cleanliness everywhere. The staff is responsive and friendly, as in all of Yerevan) which was a very pleasant surprise. The room is small, but everything is very ergonomic, the windows overlooked the courtyard, it was not noisy, although there was a restaurant downstairs, but after 23:00 it was quiet, before that there was unobtrusive music. We did not use the SPA services, there is nothing to say here. Good restaurant Jivan at the hotel. We didn't take breakfast either, because we don't wake up early. The location is very convenient. Impressions are only positive!

Great location - the very heart of Yerevan!!! The hotel is brand new and clean 👍 The bed, mattress, pillows are so comfortable that we slept well during our long trip to Georgia. The staff, like the people themselves in Armenia, is very responsive and friendly. Special thanks for the pool (heated), jacuzzi and hammam. I can't comment on the food as we didn't have breakfast. But opposite there is a wonderful restaurant Sherep. Thank you, we will definitely be back!!!

A modern, stylish hotel for a comfortable stay in Yerevan...
The hotel is new, clean, stylish, with all amenities! Gorgeous SPA with a huge pool. Scandinavian style rooms, just the way we like it. The location is ideal, in the heart of the city, on Republic Square. Walking is a pleasure, there are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel staff is helpful, smiling and friendly. Didn't try breakfast at the hotel. On my birthday, my wife was congratulated with a big cake and a postcard from the hotel - very nice) The hotel has a famous, as far as we understand, restaurant of Russian-Armenian cuisine. There is live music in the evenings and a lot of people. A hotel to return to...
Exclude caps for swimming in the pool for hotel guests - or warn about them in advance!

Brand new, modern hotel in the very center of Yerevan near the main square. An excellent courtyard for guests, a modern fitness center with a swimming pool on the 7th floor (included in the room rate). Great ergonomic large rooms. The staff are pleasant at the hotel - they answered all inquiries instantly. The cost of living was low for this proposal.

Excellent location: near the main square, many restaurants, liquor store and snack bar. A chic pool that is open almost all day, due to which there is no crowd. Jacuzzi, salt room, three steam rooms with a plunge pool and a salt room. YUSB sockets, of which there are enough. Luxurious beds, linens and a choice of pillows, blackout curtains. Nice courtyard. Everything you need for a bath: brushes, lotions, shampoos, razors, etc.
The room is small, but at the same time they crammed a lot of furniture, which seemed a bit crowded. Breakfast is not the most varied. Some restrictions on cleaning, but we never figured out which ones: the room was not cleaned for us, since we need to ask separately, while they entered the room and put water in our absence, but dirty dishes from the room back to the restaurant for 3 day and did not take away.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Yerevan
16.07-19.07.2021 The first thing I would like to note is that the hotel is located right next to the Republic Square (singing fountains), literally 2 minutes on foot. Very polite staff, ready to answer any questions. Upon arrival, they asked for a higher floor, they gave us 4, in general, it suited us. Very clean and comfortable rooms with a plush bed, blanket, pillows. Clean and comfortable bathroom. Shampoo and shower gel are given out here not in small cans, but in whole cans, which made me very happy, I didn't have to save money during the shower. And there is also a hair conditioner, which was very helpful for the girl. Good wi-fi with easy registration. The hotel has a swimming pool and spa area. The pool is gorgeous, warm water, large. The spa was unfortunately undergoing renovation during our stay. Nice breakfast. Not very diverse, but it's enough to get enough. There are two coffee machines with simple controls. Fruits, rolls, pancakes, sausages, scrambled eggs, smoothies, yoghurts - everything you could wish for in the morning if you don't have a spoiled taste :) We are very satisfied with our stay. The only negative (not the hotel) - next to it is the avenue along which cars are driven, sometimes they pass with loud music, but such is life :)
There is a fire alarm (probably) on the ceiling in the center of the room, which periodically flashes. At night it is very noticeable, the flash sometimes woke up. But that's all.

I arrived with my daughter and four-year-old grandson. The hotel staff very carefully selected a spacious room for us and provided an extra bed. All the staff are very friendly. The hotel is very well located, just steps from the main attractions. Very nice spa with pool, jacuzzi, salt cave, etc. All around - cleanliness! Delicious breakfast with still warm croissants, fresh vegetables and fruits, delicious coffee, cheeses, freshly made omelets ... In the courtyard of the hotel there is a very nice environment with pretty trees and flowers, where you can have coffee or eat. We liked everything. We thank the staff for the warm welcome. We wish the hotel prosperity!

A real high-quality network 4 *, a little tweak the breakfasts and you can put 5 * :) - Excellent location - the very center of the city, next to the Republic Square. - Spacious rooms, given interconnecting rooms upon request. - The beds are very comfortable, white linens. - High quality cosmetics in the room. - Magnificent pool and spa area.
- Breakfast, I would like more fruit and vegetable assortment. - Coffee at breakfast (this is a pain) - The scheme of visiting the SPA center has not been debugged.

The location of the hotel, very center! The attitude of the staff, they solve all requests without problems. New hotel, everything is very comfortable. It is very pleasant to go to the spa area after walking around the city, the pool is excellent.
Of the minuses was a room on the road, you can hear the noise from cars, but at our request they were moved to a room with windows to the courtyard. There are no disposable hats in the spa area, they are needed to visit the pool and there is no wooden flooring in the sauna, not critical, but it is very hot to go in without shoes. The hamam is not very warm, but this is my personal opinion.
