The hotel is normal, there are some flaws, but for the price it's probably the best. We can say that the hotel is on the outskirts of the city center, this is definitely a plus.
The room is a little tired, sometimes it is noisy, in the evening there can be loud music, and voices can be heard at night. Wifi is not the fastest, there may be problems with video calls. And the instantaneous water heater is not a fountain
Immediately after checking in, a nice woman brought us a fruit plate (watermelon, plums, grapes) to our room, we still remember this moment with warmth. The room has a bed, a sofa, a table, a mirror, a fan, a TV and a bathroom. We took a taxi to the guest house and back.
The administrator is not at work. We tried to call the indicated phone number, but only heard a ringtone somewhere in the next room. They knocked on the door, a guy came out to us, explained to him that we had booked and were looking for an administrator to check in and pay, he said that he could pay. They asked who he was - it turned out that the son of the owner (they took the word). Our documents were not required, we were taken to a room without a window on the second floor. The room has a cold tiled floor, slippers are not given out, but we didn’t have any with us. In the bathroom, a broken toilet bowl, a tiny sink, there were difficulties with setting up hot water (later the owner called back because he saw something missed from us and offered to come help with it, but ... we figured it out ourselves). There are no outlets near the bed. There is no soundproofing: the front door to the guest house is open all night, you could hear all the sounds of a busy street, as well as loud men's conversations (did not feel safe). When checking out it was again difficult to find someone to hand over the key.
The location is great, the owners of the hostel are super welcoming
Soundproofing could be improved
Incredible kind and helpful hosts! Very warm welcome, do not stand aside and you can contact with any questions :)
Very warm welcome, wonderful people work in this hostel, service 5/5
It was terribly cold in the hostel at night, I was very cold under the covers, in a T-shirt, hoodie, pants, socks. The blanket is without a duvet cover and it is unpleasant to sleep under it, but there are pillowcases and sheets. Of the 4 kind of showers, only one was working and it was very inconvenient and it was not clear how to set the temperature. The shower is high, very slippery, there are no shelves and hooks in the showers themselves. The shower was also very cold. There were also 3-4 toilets, of which only one had the light on, and the lids of the tanks were removed in all of them and it was impossible to flush + lack of toilet paper. Of the two sinks, one works, there is no soap. The very provision of the hostel with the operability of equipment and comfort by 2.5/5
