It's not the first time we've stayed, we love it.
The rooms are spacious and the staff is very friendly and hospitable. The location is excellent, close to everything you need, as well as enough parking if you have a car.
The pillows are very large (high), when you sleep, your neck gets tired

Good hotel
The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. We arrived early in the morning and before 11 o'clock we were already placed in the room. The rooms are quite spacious and very clean. A welcome platter of fresh fruit awaited us in the room. The hotel is conveniently located, both in relation to the airport and to the city center. The main city attractions are within walking distance. Nearby is a very beautiful Diana Abgar Boulevard Park with fountains and many cafes and restaurants. A 10-minute walk is the former Tashir market. Now there is Yerevan-City, where you can buy any food and edible gifts. If we come again, we will stay at the HOBBY hotel again.
It would be great if the coffee was brewed for breakfast.

Nice hotel, but be sure to take a standard room.
Clean new Hotel, has everything you need (even disposable brushes and toothpaste). Great location in the city center and friendly staff.
We did not see that the economy room is on the -1 floor. I learned that there was a small window, there was not enough air. The photo did not show this difference between the standard and economy rooms.

Very cozy, family hotel, polite pleasant staff, special thanks to Ruzanna and Armina, who helped, suggested. Thanks to the women who cooked breakfast and cleaned the room.
I advise you to set up a TV, a normal hotel in the center of the capital, and no TV, to put it mildly, is not real. I'm not lowering my rating because I'm very happy with it.

I would recommend light background music at breakfast. But this is a matter of taste.
In general, the hotel meets the expectations for the price-quality for the center of Yerevan. If you book a budget room, you should understand that it will be in the basement with a window. And you have to ask for air conditioning. Standard rooms are located on the 1st floor, but they are a little more expensive. Very pleasant and friendly staff. In Yerevan, very tasty and clean tap water, and if it runs out in the mini-bar, you can safely drink from the tap.
Breakfast is weak, but quite acceptable for this type of hotel. Starts at 9-00 and this can be important. Therefore, if necessary, ask the staff for breakfast "to go" in the evening, I think they will not refuse.

Nice hotel in the center of Yerevan
The main advantage of this hotel is its excellent location: a five-minute walk away is Karen Demirchyan Street with a classy boulevard, fountains, cafes and restaurants. In the same accessibility - Mashtots Avenue. To Republic Square - 10 minutes walk along the street. Amiryan. Special thanks to the girls at the reception - charming Armine and Ruzanna, very friendly and hospitable! There is a minibar with drinks (prices are quite affordable). Well, the presence of an air conditioner is simply a must have in Yerevan!
The main drawback of the double room with a double bed where we spent the night was the lack of natural ventilation (the window was blind) - artificial ventilation does not quite cope with humidity, and sometimes you have to open the door to the corridor. For this slightly lowered the rating. Otherwise, there are no special remarks.

Very, very convenient location! The staff is super, my acquaintance with Yerevan began with this hotel and I am very happy about it, from the bottom of my heart! I come here already like home at any time of the day or night, regardless of one day, like this time, or for a week like before! I am always greeted with clean rooms, cold water in the fridge, hot water in the shower and delicious tomorrow morning! If we are in Yerevan, we will stay here again
At the moment, this is the best value for money. Cascade and Republic Square 10 minutes walk. There are many restaurants and shops nearby.
Please note that the rooms are located in the basement. But there were no problems with dampness. There is an extractor hood and a towel dryer.

Excellent value for money hotel in the city center
We booked the hotel on an emergency basis, as we were not settled in other apartments. In the hotel, we were settled without any problems, they gave us two rooms - a budget one and a standard one. They practically do not differ, the standard is on the second floor, the budget is -1. As a result, the budget window was below street level and it was stuffy and noisy. But with the window open it is still noisy because of the street under the windows. The beds are very comfortable! There is a shower in the bathroom. Everything is clean and tidy.
A bit cramped and noisy from outside. Breakfast (mini buffet) for 4 minus - not very tasty and poor, but if you want you can eat.

Towels were changed, bathroom accessories were also added. The room has air conditioning. Clean room and shower room. Accommodation in Hobby Hotel Yerevan
The hotel is close to the center, the room was clean and cozy, the staff were communicative and smiling. The breakfast was good and varied. We were satisfied.
As the hotel is next to the main road, you could hear noise from the street. The air conditioner remote control was missing from the room.

The room was a little stuffy due to the fact that the economy room options are below road level. There are no air conditioners in the economy.

Settled in a room unprepared for living. It is not clear why this is not immediately checked. The TV did not work. The TV remote didn't work. The TV itself was simply missing a cable. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. The plug just stood there. Shower curtains were missing. All the water spilled onto the floor. Because of this, the floor is wet and dirty all day long with the smell of dampness and mold, and this is all with non-working ventilation. We had to wipe the floor with a rag that we were given for this. There was no phone, although it was stated at the time of booking. Very noisy. Small window on the ceiling. The declared "good breakfast" - I don’t even want to talk about it, they wrote so many times, everything is monotonous, sausages, scrambled eggs, oatmeal not cooked, and next to it is a dry breakfast in the form of balls. Oh, and yogurt. It cost $45 per night, called a budget room. I read other reviews, people wrote about it for a long time, although nothing has changed. In the room we were moved to later, the TV did not work either. Staff have to be reminded of problems. If you don't remind them, they won't do anything.

The Hobby hotel is homely
Administrators treat guests like family people - they take into account all wishes, answer all questions, help with solving any problems My room was on the ground floor, the windows didn't open so it wasn't noisy The room had a comfortable large bed. The bathroom has everything you need, including a clothes dryer There are excellent cafes and restaurants on the street where the hotel is located - if you leave the hotel, head left up the street Special thanks to the clothes washing service - my clothes were clean and dry on the same day 5 hours after I gave them for washing :) I would especially like to mention a very tasty omelette for breakfast at the hotel :)

1) lack of cleaning as such. They took out the garbage, put towels (of which there should be 3 per person, because the hotel has 3 stars, there are only 2), this "cleaning" is over. The bed was not made, vacuumed or washed. 2) lack of hot water on the last day. The receptionist says turn on the water and wait. how much is not known. 3) breakfast is very poor. sausages, which are all wrinkled and it is not known how much they cost. Dirty tables, dirty microwave, dirty press. 4) there are only glasses in the room, no mugs. how to drink tea is not clear. 5) batteries are not particularly heated, only after the request it was turned on. 6) the furniture is a little strange 😅 7) blind window, it will be impossible in summer.

Value for money stay in a very good location
The location of the hotel is perfect. There are some great restaurants right across the road. The path to the city center is very short and you can get to everything on foot. The room is very large and furnished with modern furniture. The room was clean. The minibar was stocked.
For breakfast, unfortunately, there is very little choice. My room overlooked the street, so it was very noisy early in the morning.

I rested with my aunt, took 2 rooms and ticked the "Quiet room". The location of the hotel is good, on one of the main streets, to the center (cascade, opera) just 10 minutes walk. Near the hotel there are many restaurants and bars, there is a supermarket with groceries nearby. We ordered a transfer from the airport, we were met with a sign, and even distributed Wi-Fi along the way)) In principle, all the accessories were in the rooms, it was clean upon arrival. The air conditioner worked, they heated it at night, because. it was cold.
Both rooms weren't quiet at all. thin windows overlooked the roadway. In order to open a window for ventilation (there was a very stagnant smell in the room), it was necessary to turn into an acrobat every day and jump from a chair onto a narrow window sill and back, because. the window under the ceiling opened, but it was impossible to leave it open, because. It was cold at night and noisy. On the penultimate day, the towels were changed to dirty ones with paint stains (yellow and blue spots), for 4 days of stay the room was never cleaned, but jars of shampoo were delivered. The price included an "amazing" breakfast. Hmm, he shocked us with his "variety", every day they served sliced tomatoes with cucumbers, sausages with cheese, boiled eggs and sausages, jam and cookies. Tossed, but not full, is called. On the last day in a supermarket nearby, we bought cottage cheese, a pie with herbs, and at least had a normal breakfast. The peak of "delight" was in the water: on the first day I had to swim under barely warm water. In the morning I complained at the reception and by the time we returned the water was hot. The next day, they came from an excursion and the water was just cold, I called the reception from the room and voila, they turned on hot water. It felt like bullying, to be honest.

Budget room on the ground floor Ceiling window. Not even a window, but a window. The rooms are very smoky. You quickly get used to it, but when you come from the street, the smell knocks you down. There is a TV in the description, but it is not in the room. There is no door or curtain in the shower, all the water is on the floor and toilet. Wardrobe without shelves, things can't be laid out normally. There is a hairdryer, a refrigerator (it has a paid mini-bar - be careful). Breakfast is very poor, not even porridge. Boiled eggs, sausages, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, sausage, loaf, crispy balls, milk, you can eat, but it’s difficult with a child. Towels were changed upon request, cleaned 1 time in 6 days. Wifi works very weakly.

Nice hotel near the center.
The hotel is small, clean, the staff is friendly, with any question they went forward and tried to help.
When booking, it was indicated that the room has a TV and air conditioning, but they were not. I wish the room descriptions were accurate.

Good hotel
We were able to check in late at night, paid for accommodation in the morning. A very nice man who works the night shift. Huge thanks to him. The location is convenient to the center, you can always walk
In the executive room (Room 14) WiFi caught only in one room, which was inconvenient. The breakfast is very weak, cheese, sausage, disgusting sausages, vegetable cuts and muesli, nothing is replenished in the last hour.

Nice accommodation in Yerevan
Super receptionist who tried to accommodate us in everything. The room was nice, clean, the stay was pleasant. It was quiet in the hotel, you couldn't hear anything from the street, even though you are right on the main street.

The hotel is just great, good location (15 minutes to Cascade), supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes - everything is nearby. The room was cleaned every day. Not all hotels provide slippers, a toothbrush and toothpaste, a comb, here it was all. Breakfasts suited us, we had enough. We often asked for 07:30 and breakfast was organized for us. Payment by card is also a big plus
Sometimes the Internet was lost in the room, but that's not a problem

Nice location, great staff! We settled in a little earlier and left after a little delay. The room is nice, clean, fresh, furniture is in good condition. The room was on the basement floor, which saved in the heat. The room has everything you need. We stayed in several more hotels of the same category, but here you can't even compare! This hotel is above all praise !!! Located near the center on a street full of cafes and restaurants, but a little earlier! 3-5 minutes walk and you are already in the midst of restaurants. 7-10 minutes and you are in the city center. And the hotel is quiet and peaceful!

Amazing location, close by, best restaurants on the same street, center 10 minutes pleasant walk. I liked it very much! Purely. Air conditioning. Comfortable. The reception is very quick in resolving any issue. In short, a very good hotel for the money!
Breakfasts are edible, but that's all there is to say. But this has exhausted the disadvantages.

Excellent hotel
Excellent location, you can walk to the city center through beautiful streets with a large selection of cafes, very pleasant and unobtrusive staff, clean fresh rooms. Hairdryer in the room, shower works flawlessly, there were no problems with water, towels and linen are fresh, clean, inexpensive bar of drinks and chocolates - you can have a bite in the evening. Cleaning daily. Separately, I want to note the opportunity to ask a driver with a car at the hotel, with which you can perfectly drive through all the sights and even more. This is much more convenient than with excursions and guides. The Haykaz driver drives very carefully along mountain serpentines, does not get bored with fictitious tales and is very pleasant to talk to, I highly recommend. The staff speaks Russian, they can always clarify any information.
Probably, shampoo and soap, as in all hotels, are not very good, but I always take mine

Close to the center, comfortable, at an affordable price
Convenient location, 5 minutes walk from the center. Cozy rooms, big bed. The bathroom is equipped with everything you need. The rooms on the 2nd floor are better than those on the basement, they are bright and have windows overlooking the road. On the street of the hotel there are many worthy restaurants and coffee houses, much more convenient and cozy than near the square or in the central tourist places
Rooms on the ground floor are dark, damp, without windows. Breakfast is the same daily and very modest.

Price / quality, for a couple of days.
Very friendly staff. We were allowed to have breakfast later than usual. We agreed to a late check out without additional charges. The room is small but good enough for a couple of nights. There is everything you need. The location is excellent, close to everything you need: a 24-hour supermarket, a cascade, a street with bars / restaurants and other sights of Yerevan.
The room was on the ground floor, with a small window. It was humid and a bit noisy. Everything else is good.

Great hotel within walking distance to the city center
Nice inexpensive hotel, very clean. Towels changed daily and cleaned too. A wonderful administrator moved us from a super economy room to a superior one at no extra charge, simply because there was a free room for those days. Always friendly, ready to help and tell. Transfer from and to the airport was provided at a reasonable price. We are satisfied
European breakfasts. That is a light snack. But we were expected, even if we slept until 11

The staff is amazing. Very friendly, very attentive. The cleanliness is perfect. Cleaning and change of towels every day. The breakfast is good, you won't leave hungry.
The only thing that upset me a little was the noise of the road nearby at night. But this is the center. Recommended for those who are light sleepers.

We are very satisfied with our stay in Yerevan and the hotel did not let us down.
Excellent location of the hotel. Transport was used only on the way from the airport and back. Everywhere can be reached on foot. Nearby there are many attractions, cafes, shops. Within walking distance of museums and parks. Very good administrators - gave practical advice about excursions, shops, exchangers. All employees speak Russian well, but among the guests are residents of different countries. Good wifi. For breakfast: hard-boiled eggs, cereals of various types with milk or juice, yogurt, sour cream, vegetables, fruits, pastries, ham, cheese, three types of bread, jam, tea - coffee, you can ask to fry an omelette or scrambled eggs. You can pre-order an early breakfast if you are going on a tour. The room was a bit smaller than I had hoped, but the three of us fit in just fine. Our room was on the first floor and we did not open the curtains, so there is no need to talk about the view from the window. Bed linen was changed once a week, towels were changed daily. In general, we liked everything. Great hotel for your money.

Cozy hotel in the city center
Good location - 15-20 minutes walk to all the main sights. There are several restaurants and shops nearby. The staff is responsive and friendly, speaks well in Russian and English. In general, a comfortable room with a comfortable bed, TV with many channels. Every day a thorough cleaning of the room was carried out, all amenties in the bathroom were replenished.
There is a fairly busy road nearby, in the evening and at night the noise of passing cars can interfere. Every day the same breakfast, I would like to diversify a little. Although everything needed for breakfast was present - cheese / sausage, eggs, bread, jam, tomato / cucumber, tea / coffee
