excellent combination Price / quality!
Great location on Republic Square, but not noisy in the courtyard. The valet himself parked the car next to the entrance. We were given a room of a higher category (the whole apartment;)) Noise isolation at altitude.
breakfast is rather modest; the hotel needs a little renovation. but in general for little money everything is fine!

The location of the hotel in the very center of the city, everything is close and accessible, the staff is polite and ready to answer all questions, the breakfast is a buffet, tasty and large selection, the room is large with comfortable chairs and a comfortable bed

Excellent value for money
Location in the very center of the city, delicious breakfasts, good staff, large room, cleanliness, availability of bathrobes and slippers, iron and ironing board, large balcony.
Poor drainage in the shower and sink, lack of shelves in the bathroom.

A real gem in the very center of Yerevan
Perfect location, very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, functional equipment (also Wi-Fi), very attentive and helpful staff, hearty and high quality breakfast, absolutely perfect hotel. We did not expect this level of quality (great value for money). Go there without hesitation!
