Everything is generally good, but when I was there a few years ago I was delighted. But right now everything is neutral. Apparently no hands are applied.
There is no gym, the equipment needs to be updated or repaired at least, everything by the pool is also old. The room was dirty when we got in. The floors are covered in dust.

The hotel has several swimming pools, massage, table tennis, its own cafe. In theory, a vacation can be spent without leaving the hotel, but in this regard, it is better to choose Turkey. Another plus point is the cleanliness with daily housekeeping. The staff is responsive.
The hotel is located quite far from the city center, transport accessibility is low - the benefit of a taxi in Armenia is cheap. The wi-fi was very poor in the room.
