A great option for those who appreciate comfort and convenient location!
Very convenient location. City center, 3 minutes convenience store, exchanger. Restaurants Caucasian Captive, Yerevan Tavern 5 minutes from the house. Near the apartment there are: Republic Square, Cascade, Theaters (10-15 min walk) Very polite, friendly owner, helped with organizing individual excursions to the main sights of Armenia. I recommend it 200%))))))

Overall we had a comfortable and good stay and my family and I were happy and had a good time.
The location of the apartment was near the central market. As soon as he went down there were several restaurants, supermarkets and shops.
The view from the window is not on the main street. The bathroom was not clean and we had a problem with the shower for two days and the water pressure was poor but the owner solved the problem.

Close to the Center. Comfortable and clean. We recommend to everyone. We were very satisfied, felt comfortable like at home. Thanks for the welcome.

Excellent apartments
Excellent apartments. Clean and spacious. You can park your car at the entrance. Very good renovation. The kitchen has everything you need. Fast wifi. They were satisfied.

Rest in Yerevan
The apartment is quite spacious, we were 5 people, there was enough space for everyone, the location is right in the city center, 5 minutes walk to the square, the owner is very helpful, kind and trusting!!!
