Good hotel near Cascade
Good hotel to stay for a few days. Right next to Cascade. Near shops, cafes. The room has a TV, safe. Everything is cleared up. They accept Mir cards. Good internet.
There is practically no place, only to sleep. I was alone in a double room so it was ok. But two of them would be tight. There was also no table, if you had to work, then there would be problems. The price is clearly too high, but I think this was due to the influx of people from Russia. The breakfast is not very varied, but ok for a few days.

Very pleasant experience
The hotel is not big and very cozy, has its own parking and a closed area. There are tables outside where you can sit outside. Great location, 2 minutes walk to the Cascade. The staff is very polite and friendly, always ready to help, they make very good oriental coffee, they are always interested in whether you liked everything. Upon arrival, they make a gift in the form of a glass of wine. Comfortable firm mattresses and pillows. All shower accessories, towels, bottles of water, stocked bar are all available. Good lighting, some rooms have a workplace. The large family room is very spacious and comfortable.
The condition of the bathroom needs updating. On the walls, in some places, there are dirty spots. Noise from the subway which runs right under the hotel.

lovely hotel!
excellent location, 5 minutes to the cascade. but the hotel itself is in a quiet nook. the room is excellent: everything is clean, fresh. the bed is soft, slept great! the staff is very polite.

Late check out was promised upon prior request. Not provided. Didn't want to include breakfast
Breakfast, which, after all, was fed, was eaten with a lump in the throat ... But it should be noted that the breakfast was delicious, everything was cooked "with soul"! Our compliments to the female chef! Especially the baked goods! The beds are comfortable, the linen is white, disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste are provided.
Not to reassure people, but to tell the truth that late check-outs at your hotel are not possible because it is impossible to change the cleaning time. Late check out was promised upon prior request. Check-in was not just late, but very late. It was planned to check in at 23.00, but due to the delay of the plane, we stopped at 6.00 in the morning. Barely woke up the staff. Checked in, managed to fall asleep for 3 hours. It turned out that for this price we also do not have breakfast. And at 12.00 we were asked to check out, under the pretext that there were no available rooms. What was our surprise when we saw that at 12.00 all the rooms on our floor were open for cleaning and free. After sitting in the hotel lobby until 15.00, we saw that no one had settled in during this time. It's just that the hotel management respects the staff - provides everything for the convenience of cleaning, and does not respect the guests. They took the full cost for the day, but provided the service in 6 hours, and did not even give the opportunity to stay for another 3 hours, to sleep for people who did not sleep all night. Allegedly, breakfast was offered as compensation. Although it was supposed to be included, the payment was with a genius discount from booking, so the hotel decided that the room was without breakfast. After we left to pack, we received a phone call and offered breakfast as compensation for checking out on time. It's just some kind of joke! But thanks for that too! Against the backdrop of everything that happened, it didn’t matter at all that the view from the hotel window did not at all correspond to what was promised - I am attaching a photo. In the shower, already "tired" tiles, and a glass partition with a touch of splashes. The beds are comfortable, the linen is white, disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste are provided.

Definitely recommend to stay at Cascade Hotel!
The choice of the hotel turned out to be very successful. Clean, comfortable. The staff is fluent in Russian and English, ready to help on any issue.

Great stay with slow wifi
The staff were very friendly and attentive. The bed was very comfortable.
Wifi was very slow, we could also hear the elevator in our room. The metro is also loud.

(I will tell you in short) I am 8 months pregnant, on the day I checked out, my daughter calls (she booked a room for me) and they say that I have a mini-bar debt. My daughter asked me to throw off the list, and there (cognac, whiskey, nuts, chips) everything that I don’t eat and I have an allergy, but about alcohol is generally absurd😡 What is even more embarrassing, on the day of check-in, when leaving the hotel, they took my room key from me! As I understand it, either someone came in in my absence, or they want to hang someone else's check on me😡

Doesn't match the price / quality
The friendliness of the staff, the location in general. Rapid settlement. Didn't get to try the breakfast, but the coffee was great.
Dirty bathroom and carpet covered in stains. It also makes a lot of noise, turning the fridge on and off intermittently.

Great hotel a stone's throw from the Cascade!!!
Great hotel and great staff. The staff responded immediately to all requests. Breakfast is decent European with elements of local cuisine. Bomb location. 50 meters from Cascade. Internet is good. Lots of TV channels. Room cleaning daily. You quickly get used to the subway. It was even funny to me. There is one detail on the taxi. The point in Yandex maps is not successfully tied. For a taxi, you must specify Sarmen Street 37, otherwise the taxi will go nowhere. I recommend the hotel to everyone! I like it. I plan to stay at this hotel next time too.
try to rebind the point on Yandex maps. The taxi arrives at a dead end on the back of the hotel, where there is no exit.

Excellent value for money
Lovely comfortable hotel near the Cascade (within walking distance to all cafes and restaurants). The hotel is located on a quiet street, so nothing interferes with the rest. On the territory there is a small courtyard for recreation. Comfortable spacious rooms, clean and tidy. Tasty breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Good location. Near the sight of the Cascade. A lot of cafes. The hotel is small. The guys at the reception are very polite and helpful. This is a huge plus of the hotel! Nice cozy courtyard in front of the hotel.
The room is small. Uncomfortable with suitcases open in the room. There is no kettle or tea accessories. Strong audibility from the hallway. We were warned about the audibility of the subway before settling. So we were ready for this.

Good location, poor soundproofing
Great location - next to the Cascade, the Opera House. Leave the hotel and go for a walk) Polite administration, a long interval for breakfast: from 8 to 11, we had an early check-out, the staff carefully packed a lunchbox for the road. Clean rooms, cleaning every day.
The biggest disadvantage is the audibility. The rooms have plastic doors, because of this you can hear everything that happens in the corridor and in other rooms. The neighbors did not bother with quiet behavior - they talked loudly in the room, called up relatives without headphones, yelled in the corridor at three in the morning, someone was watching TV loudly. This is not audible at all through the wall, but the sound penetrates perfectly through the doors, unfortunately. We have stayed at the hotel twice, the first time was a short stay, the second time was a week. Here, for short overnight stays, the hotel is excellent, for a long stay - if you are not lucky with your neighbors, then it may not be very comfortable. Perhaps it is worth replacing the doors with more dense and soundproof ones.

Recommended for families with children or couples who value location.
Very friendly staff. and the best location - immediately go out to the Cascade Art Center and go for a walk. Conveniently located in the hotel lobby and kitchen. children at any time cooked our porridge, brought free tea to the room. delicious breakfast: baked eggplants, sausages, cereals, cottage cheese. no real coffee. but the location is RIGHT IN THE CENTER - so you can safely go for a coffee in the cafe Brios.

Great hotel in a great location for the right price
We chose the closest hotel to the staircase and we paid right. We are very glad that we are here. The hotel is small but cozy, with its own closed territory. The cascade staircase is less than 100 steps away, and there are many sights and café-restaurants around. In addition, the hotel also has its own cafes, where they offer breakfasts. The hotel is clean, but the main advantage is its staff. Armenians as a whole are very warm-hearted people, but special thanks to the administrator Nina for her hospitality and help in resolving any issues. Super man! By the way, our room category was upgraded for free. Pleasantly.
Perhaps some people will not like the noise from the subway passing under the hotel, but it did not cause any discomfort to us. Also, if you have a light sleep or small children, it is better to choose a higher floor, because in the evening it can be noisy in the cafe at the hotel. On the day of our stay, they played the piano, which stands in the recreation area on the ground floor. Although the sounds of the piano caress the ear, sleep can be interfered with.

All perfectly!
Convenient location, the entire city center within walking distance. There is a private parking lot, which is very convenient and there is no need to look for a place in city parking lots and worry about the car. Delicious breakfast buffet for every taste. And of course the friendly staff.
Not to say we didn't like it, we didn't care, but maybe it will bother someone. You can feel the underground trains passing underground in the hotel. They do not travel very often, about once every 5-10 minutes closer to closing and even less often in the morning, the intensity of course is not the same as in, for example, in Moscow. Trains run from 07.00 to 00.00.

Great hotel for the money in the center of Yerevan
Excellent hotel in terms of price-quality ratio. Located right in the center of the Cascade. Surprisingly, the room has, in principle, everything that is personally relevant to me and that is often absent in hotels of even a higher price category: an excellent shower (the absence of a curtain did not bother), a hairdryer, two pillows of different hardness to choose from, a full-length mirror , refrigerator, even a shoe spoon. There is where to put and hang things. The bed is clean and comfortable. In clear weather, you can see the top of Mount Ararat. The breakfasts are good, no frills, but everything you need to eat, including fruit. Special thanks to the hostess of the kitchen, very attentive and polite, she prepared pancakes with cottage cheese for me to order)
1) A traditional minus - you can hear the metro, but only until about 12 at night, then you can sleep peacefully. At 7 am, traffic resumes. 2) It would be great if breakfast had better quality coffee than instant coffee.

The location of the hotel is in the center. The attitude of the staff. All requests were fulfilled instantly. Hospitality. We were on February 23rd. We were invited to a bar, seated at a table on which There was a poster with congratulations, they were treated to wine, fruits, sweets. It was very nice. Thank you!

The staff is very very attentive, cleanliness, cleaning every day, availability of a mini-bar with adequate prices, proximity to the center, Cascade.
The hotel is located directly above the metro tunnel, we had a room on the second floor, every 5 minutes, or even more often, there was the sound of a train passing under you, some tremors of the building. But this did not bother us, but for the elderly I think it will be essential.

Hotel Cascade in the center of Yerevan
Clean, comfortable rooms next to the Cascade. Travel agencies, banks and shops are all close by. All major attractions can be reached on foot. Tasty breakfast . Very helpful staff. Piano with good sound at the reception - allowed to play. I didn't want to leave.

Beautiful Armenia and the people in it are wonderful. The hotel staff is beyond praise. They are always friendly and welcoming, ready to help in any situation. They helped with the organization of excursions, gave good advice and with our very early departure at 5 am breakfast was waiting for us. the bathroom has a shower cabin without doors, the floor is always wet and cold. and one more thing: the movement of the subway was felt in the room. it runs at long intervals and does not work at night, so it didn't bother us

unforgettable birthdays in Yerevan
Excellent service, very friendly staff, at our request we made reservations for restaurants and excursions. We arrived at 8 am and were immediately placed in the room. Delicious breakfasts and coffee. Change of towels and cleaning every day, the room has everything, including toothbrushes and toothpaste. The cascade is two minutes away. A nice birthday present from the hotel. I would gladly recommend this hotel and will come back here myself on my next trip to Yerevan. Thanks to all the staff for their hospitality!

All perfectly. The rooms are clean, hygiene kits are replenished every day, cleaning every day. Towels, linens are clean. The staff is ready to help in any matter, from ordering a taxi to reserving a table in a cafe. Always smiling and friendly. Breakfast is sufficient, hearty.

The mattress in which the springs are felt. Vibration / noise from the metro (to be fair - in a room on the 5th floor, I probably would not have noticed the effect if I had not read it in advance in the reviews :) especially since I do not bother at night)
