Excellent value for money
Lovely comfortable hotel near the Cascade (within walking distance to all cafes and restaurants). The hotel is located on a quiet street, so nothing interferes with the rest. On the territory there is a small courtyard for recreation. Comfortable spacious rooms, clean and tidy. Tasty breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Good location. Near the sight of the Cascade. A lot of cafes. The hotel is small. The guys at the reception are very polite and helpful. This is a huge plus of the hotel! Nice cozy courtyard in front of the hotel.
The room is small. Uncomfortable with suitcases open in the room. There is no kettle or tea accessories. Strong audibility from the hallway. We were warned about the audibility of the subway before settling. So we were ready for this.

The racist and homophobic attitude towards us in this hotel does not make it worthy of being included in the booking.

Recommended for families with children or couples who value location.
Very friendly staff. and the best location - immediately go out to the Cascade Art Center and go for a walk. Conveniently located in the hotel lobby and kitchen. children at any time cooked our porridge, brought free tea to the room. delicious breakfast: baked eggplants, sausages, cereals, cottage cheese. no real coffee. but the location is RIGHT IN THE CENTER - so you can safely go for a coffee in the cafe Brios.
