The computer was only able to connect to the Wi-Fi on the first floor. The network did not work either on the second or on the third, but the phone was connected at the same time. One evening the hot water was very cold.

1) Stayed at this hotel at least 5 times before and never had any cockroaches there. I do not know where they came from and would not have known if I had not woken up at night on the last day of settlement. A cockroach was sitting on the floor, and later I noticed two more nearby. And the most unpleasant - in the morning another one was on my clothes lying on the bed. It's good that you thought to shake it out. It's just extremely annoying. I repeat that before that I was at the hotel at least 5 times and there were NEVER cockroaches, but it would be dishonest not to write about it now. The first time, before moving out, I shook out all my clothes and all my belongings so that no one would be carried away in them 2) Water constantly flows into the toilet bowl. Bored. 3) There is no night light, only the top light in different variations. In the evening and at night is not very convenient. 4) The kettle smells of plastic 5) There was a slight smell when one of the neighbors bought

From time to time there were problems with Wi-Fi on the second floor, on the first floor it worked well. It would be great to have a kettle in the room.

Far from the center, leaking toilet, expensive and poor breakfast

Terrible descent to the hotel, how can women carry their suitcases down the stairs without assistance? Dirty in the room, several times asked to be cleaned, pointed with a finger what to clean and where to wash, but only 30% of what I asked was done. And it was dirty as soon as we moved in. Well, the worst thing is construction. My balcony overlooked the pool and from the same side literally through the fence construction was carried out !!! Every day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., something was broken endlessly there, machinery was working, stones were being chiselled, and so on. It was hell ((((It was simply impossible to work, relax, or think about anything at all ((And, accordingly, because of this, dust and dirt were all around! I left 2 days earlier, because there was no strength to endure

Lots of construction work and lots of noise

You can save money on breakfast. It is better to order something in the cafe on the way. Coffee consisted of warm water and powder. Really didn't like it.

I didn’t like the location of the hotel, although it is considered to be the center, but it is located far away almost in some kind of mountain, you had to walk for at least 10 minutes to the nearest metro station or to the main road, taxis also confuse the location and come to the back of the hotel where there is none no entrance, no exit, I had to explain every time so that they would drive up from the other side. I also can’t help but note the unfriendly attitude of the hotel’s night administrator, who barely answered questions and was extremely unsmiling)

The bathroom needs serious repairs: the drain in the sink is clogged, the faucet is loose, the lighting is dim, the curtain in the shower falls.

Near the hotel the road is broken, road repair, dust and dirt.

The Internet is rather weak, although there is a router right above the door to the room, but the Internet was not enough for work or even just to call by zoom, for example. Plus, the Internet often cut off. This is definitely a minus. Several times the electricity was cut off, but I think it does not depend on the hotel. In the bathroom, the cleaning is mediocre - it was clear that nothing was wiped, they were not washed with means (meaning during the stay itself, of course). Bed linen was not changed even though we stayed at the hotel for two weeks. The street is noisy in the daytime - there is a school nearby. Local dogs bark at night.

Not very clean and the rooms are a bit worn.

I stayed for one night, in transit from St. Petersburg to Tbilisi, so for one night everything was fine.

The room smelled terrible - a mixture of cigarette smoke (there is an ashtray on the table, so apparently smoking is welcome in the room) and rotten bathroom drains. If the bathroom is closed and ventilated, then only the smell of a smoky room remains ... There was no toilet paper, they asked - they said that it was over and they gave an open pack of napkins. There were stains of dirt on the walls and furniture, the back of the bed was wiped with wet wipes - they turned black. The bathroom smelled terribly of sewage making staying there almost impossible. Hot water is taken from a boiler on the wall, which turned itself off at night and in the morning (with the help of a hotel worker) after turning it on, it heated the water for so long that I had to wash my hair cold and move out like that. The fridge also smelled bad. There were some sticky drops on the windowsill, someone forgot a washcloth on the radiator, so it was left to dry there. Upon check-in, the amount was 9930, the change of 70 drams was rounded off, after my remark they gave out 50 drams, not 70 (paid in cash). The amount, of course, is scanty, but nonetheless. Would have rounded towards 9900, then it would have been described in positive terms. One of the two light bulbs by the bed didn't work, there was no light bulb at all, but there was a dry dead bug and dust.

Uncomfortable beds, springs are felt, and high pillows, after a week of living, the back fell off)) And the main drawback is the ice pool. For which we chose this hotel. At an air temperature of 33-35 degrees, it could easily heat up if cold water were not constantly added there. Therefore, no one swam, the maximum to drop in for a minute to cool off. We came from the north, and even for us the pool was cold)

noisy A/C, noisy bathroom fan, smelly fridge. The faucet is not attached to the sink. half of the lights are not working. all fixtures use white energy-saving lamps with an unpleasant spectrum.

Our plane was delayed and I warned the hotel that I would check in late at night. I was settled by a girl who slept at the reception and sleepy looked for my reservation for about 15 minutes, meowing other people's names at me. The manager on duty the next day is super unpleasant (I went out to ask about breakfast and got a comment about it earlier), the owner of the hotel was sitting next to him - super calm, and paraphrased her every word in a non-rude way. Another Admin, with whom I had the good fortune to communicate, when asked if such a pool is always cold (it was super cold even though it was +32 outside), she answered: what can I do? The room is dirty, the shower is uncomfortable - there is always a flood on the floor, there are a lot of shortcomings in the room. The air conditioner was leaking, there were huge chips on the walls

It was indicated that cleaning is done daily - in fact the room was not cleaned even once, even after we asked twice :( And the bed linen had unpleasant stains and it looked like it had not been changed for our arrival, we had to put a towel, because They didn't change it after asking :(

The restaurant does not work, plumbing needs repair, breakfast is poor, expensive, but satisfying, linen is dried in the basement, the result is the smell of dampness. Upon arrival, they don’t meet upon departure, they don’t see off the suitcase, they don’t help to pile up the stairs, apparently there is no such service.

Bathroom could be a little cleaner and nicer...

Near the hotel there is some kind of club or karaoke bar, someone had fun for half the night and the closed windows did not save from loud sounds. The pillows are uncomfortable, as if old, bedridden. The mattress is hard and its "ribs" (springs) dug into the back, it was extremely uncomfortable to sleep. In justification, I will say that the price corresponds to the quality. But! We paid about 2400 rubles, for example, in Ibis the price is about the same, but the bed is much more comfortable.

Responsive staff who solves and helps to resolve emerging issues goes to meet customers! When asked if it is possible to stay in the room until 17:00, although according to all the rules, we must leave the room at 12:00, we were kindly told yes, if the room is booked, we will be asked to release it, and being with the child, the hotel staff and management helped us a lot for that many thanks to them! For this request, they took 0 money from us! We will return to this hotel once again upon arrival in Armenia!

Capital hotel is a family-type guest house. If you ask, they will do everything: they bring the dishes, the garbage will be removed, probably, and the floor will be wiped. But this is not included in the standard list of services. Redecoration required. A ramp would be very helpful, since a staircase leads to the entrance, in the building itself there are also only stairs - it is not convenient with suitcases.

The pillows would be nice to replace. There was no curtain in the shower.

Note for vacationers - keep in mind that the Yandex.Maps navigator shows 2 ways to the hotel - from the upper side (Aygedzor street) and the lower side (1st lane ......) - but in fact, the lower path is CLOSED, do not waste time.

There is no curtain in the shower, you could add it there. The room lacks a large mirror. Terrible audibility, you can hear absolutely everything, how neighbors go to the toilet, how they talk and yell (we were not lucky with the neighbors). A bit far from the center. There are only local channels on TV, like a three-star hotel, I think you can connect more channels and not only Russian ones.

The smell of sewage in the bathroom periodically

The smell from the bathroom was really present, it is necessary to keep the door closed at all times. Smelled cigarette smell when neighbors smoked. The view from the window was promised to be different, because of my modest knowledge of the specific location of Mount Ararat, I really hoped that it would be visible from the window, which, accordingly, I asked in a letter before check-in. I was told that "there will be a view of the mountain." This did not happen. An unpleasant moment was with early check-in, which in itself is just fine, but when you find out about the surcharge on time, and not after the fact. But even these irregularities did not prevent me from enjoying my vacation in this place.

You need to think about breakfast. Eggs and sausages every morning are not good. Or at least you need to have good coffee in the morning. Canned McCoffee is not an option.

The entrance to the hotel from the street is not entirely obvious: under the large signboard of the hotel there are two doors - the right one leads to a residential building, the left one leads to the hotel, while you need to go and go down the stairs to the courtyard and only there will be the entrance to the hotel. Need pointers along the way. Our room (105) was pretty shabby, it could have been renovated. There is a periodically strong sewage smell in the bathroom, the water does not go well.

The bathroom smells like sewage. And this is not in one room, because we changed numbers and history repeated itself. Breakfast is not great.

The breakfasts are not very good. The breakfast room is very smoky and dirty. For 2000 AMD you can eat in another place (even in the hotel next door).

Breakfast with a limited and monotonous assortment. The cheese is not fresh, weathered. Cold milk with muesli is not a very pleasant option. It would be nice to have a choice of milk: cold and hot. The city center is not within walking distance. Usually they got by taxi for 700-1000 AMD. The TV remote didn't work. Batteries are long gone.
