Magnificent Yerevan, where you want to return again
Excellent location, within walking distance of the center. The staff deserves the highest praise! Very friendly and responsive! The food in the restaurant is very tasty. Clean and comfortable.
It was noisy. The windows of the room overlooked the road.

A very pleasant stay.
A very well located hotel. Very cozy and very clean establishment. The staff is very friendly and available. The breakfast is adequately stocked. I stayed 3 nights and I recommend this hotel.

did not put toothbrushes, disposable machines in the room. The window does not close. despite the fact that we checked in late (we paid from 9.10, we checked in on 10.10 in the morning), if we wanted to extend it by 8 hours, for half the price we extended it by 6 hours (this indicates loyalty to customers)

Nice hotel in the center
The hotel is located in the center, next to the main square and the beautiful park of the 2800th anniversary of Yerevan with beautiful fountains and many walking residents and tourists in the evenings. The staff is average, I can't say good or bad. Breakfast is good, varied.
There is an outdoor pool, in the open air, a bar in the same place, but those who like to alternate the pool with the sauna and travel with the family may be disappointed, because the sauna is separate for men and women. In general, the city has more interesting options in terms of price / comfort level.

If you diversify breakfasts and do not sell subscriptions to the pool, the hotel is wonderful.
The location is excellent. A stone's throw from Republic Square, metro and Vernissage market. The hotel has a swimming pool, the windows overlook the green park. The staff is very friendly.
Unfortunately, pool passes are sold to people not staying at the hotel. Because of that, there are a lot of people in the pool. Paying money for a hotel with a pool, you get a public beach. Breakfast lacks pancakes and pancakes.

Modern comfortable hotel in a great location
very well located in the tourist and festive center of Yerevan. Very rich, varied and high quality breakfast. Very clean and modern facility. Well organized and pleasant swimming pool. The staff is very attentive, friendly, helpful and smiling despite the language barrier.

Great place to stay in Yerevan!
Comfortable room, clean, comfortable. Excellent location of the hotel, 500 meters from the central square of Yerevan. Great bar, great selection of alcohol, amazing bartenders! Great restaurant, great breakfast!
Weak water pressure in the shower. The hotel sells subscriptions (including subscriptions for the day) to its pool to anyone, and therefore there are often a crowd of people in the pool, not overcrowded!

Great hotel in the heart of Yerevan.
Very friendly and helpful staff. All issues are resolved upon request. Comfortable rooms, cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere in the room. Clean linen and towels. Beautiful and well equipped swimming pool. Beautiful lobby and great bar with affordable prices. Fast WiFi. Breakfast is excellent, great choice of food. Excellent location in the heart of the city. Within walking distance from Republic Square. You won't find a better place to stay in the city center. Compliance of price and quality in full.
The view from the room was on the outbuildings, but this did not spoil the impression of the rest.

Great hotel in the center of Yerevan
Hotel in the center of Yerevan, but due to the outdoor pool, the feeling is that in a resort🌴 The rooms are a little tired, but everything is in good condition, the cleaning is very high quality, the staff is friendly, the service is at the level. The breakfast is excellent. We'll be back for sure!

Perfect
Breakfast is excellent, clean, comfortable, excellent location and wonderful view from the window. For a business trip or for a study trip, there is everything you need. The rooms are wonderful and comfortable, the minibar and bathroom have everything you need, air conditioning works great.
Didn't like the pool staff. They can unceremoniously throw out your belongings and towels, shift them to another place in order to free up a sunbed for the right visitor at the moment when you swim in the pool or take a shower. You need to take care of things by the pool yourself!

We were very pleased that we chose this hotel.
Quick check-in, in the room as a compliment from the hotel bottled water, tea, coffee, bathrobes, slippers. Breakfast is very tasty, with a large selection of hot dishes, salads, fruits. Nice pool at the hotel. The sights of Yerevan are within walking distance. They were very satisfied.

Wonderful hotel. very very very tasty and varied breakfasts, thought out for every day, for 14 days of stay they were not tired)) cleaning every day, linen is soft and white. tea, coffee and water are provided in the room every day as a compliment. The staff is very polite and responsive. all requests were responded to quickly and with a smile)) pleasant atmosphere in the bar. there is parking near the hotel, there are not always places in the daytime.
There are no shortcomings as such, there are a couple of shortcomings. 1. before checking in, we were promised rooms completely new after renovation, in fact, cosmetic repairs were carried out, and the furniture remained the same (I stayed at this hotel more than once, I know), but this is a trifle. In general, the repair in the rooms is simple, in contrast to the chic renovation on the 1st floor. 2. the reservation was with one double bed, in fact there were two single beds together, which were constantly moving apart, after contacting the staff, they put a second mattress pad and began to sleep better. 3. the pillows are very hard, again we asked the girls at the reception and they put us some more soft ones, which had a positive effect on the quality of sleep. 4. in room 522 the reading light did not work, calling a technician did not solve the problem.

Wonderful hotel in warm Yerevan
Very comfortable superior room, where there was enough space for three, no one was pushing. Huge panoramic balcony with chairs and a table overlooking the park, blackout curtains, work area. Tea area with dishes, where tea, coffee, various sugars and even fructose. Cosmetics, hygiene products, everything is there. The silence in the hotel, although sounds are heard from the corridor, but do not interfere. Great guys at check-in, at breakfast, at cleaning, everywhere, very warm, nice people. We did not have time to enter the room, as they brought a compliment from the hotel. Near the park, shops, river, center nearby.
Little things, the overall impression of the hotel is very good. Cold food from heaters at breakfast, cold porridge. The plates are large, there are not enough small bowls and dessert utensils for yogurt, jam, cereal. The water in the shower is regulated with some delay, sometimes too hot, sometimes cold. The mattress is soft, not very comfortable to sleep, who likes it harder. Although the hotel is listed as completely non-smoking, the room smelled a bit of cigarettes and towels too.

a good hotel in the center, the help of managers on all issues, English is accepted, but you can also communicate in Russian. I was there for one night, but appreciated the pros. could recommend this hotel.
The pillows didn’t fit me, they were very tight, I couldn’t sleep, I had to put a scarf, a hat, and so on in a pillowcase. But I think this is a subjective opinion. I would suggest putting 2 different pillows, there would be a choice.

Very friendly and professional staff, I liked the girls at the reception! Polite, responsive and that's all about these girls. Breakfast is delicious and varied! Restaurant workers deserve a separate line. They met us, every time as if we were very dear guests, all the attention was on us, everything was for us ... Special thanks to the sommelier, he is the best both as a sommelier and as a very kind-hearted person. The waiters are on point too. There are very pleasant memories. This hotel loves animals! Our dog has been pampered and loved! Thank you all very much!
We got a room with a very dirty window, it was impossible to look through it☹️…

good hotel with good location and great staff
for the third time I stay in Yerevan in Best Western. went through fire and water :) from the standard, through improved to executive. I like the relative proximity to the center, while without excess sounds and cars. always friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfasts.
bought the name without looking at the size of the room... the executive room is the size of a standard one. after improved - pantry with bed :) but, as they say, you need to look better yourself.

in a hotel you can accidentally forget that you are in the Caucasus - the quality is at the level of good Austrian or Italian hotels.
Wonderful staff, cheerful bartender, delicious breakfasts. Beautiful city, interesting country. The hotel staff speaks excellent Russian and English.

Excellent hotel
Located close to the center. Windows overlooking the park. Very tasty breakfast. Cozy rooms.
The rooms may need a little cosmetic work. But the cleanliness and accuracy of cleaning eliminates this drawback completely. The hotel is wonderful!

Location, front desk staff.
Cleaning always forgot something - take out the trash can, then put the tea. On the first day, they generally tried to break in at 8 in the morning🤦🏻♀️. And initially they put one towel, although there are three of us🤷♀️.
