Stayed overnight - thanks for the welcome!
Met, accepted even with a late arrival (deeply after midnight). The bed seemed decent, slept well, but I would rather consider this option as a short-term stay. They brought a hearty breakfast to the room, as I understand it, there are only rooms and therefore they wear it. Therefore, they asked in advance what to bring. The area of the room is quite extensive, the room is zoned into the bed area and the sofa area with a screen. I didn't notice any problems with hot water. Moderate price per night.
Please note that the hotel is far from civilization. A bit strange place - I did not understand if there is something like a reception there, from the street there is just an inconspicuous door through which I entered and then left. The room is spacious, but the tiled floor feels uncomfortable, I recommend using slippers. Outside the windows I had a road with heavy traffic, which generated noise. Earplugs are a traveler's best friend.

Great place to work and play
The room is spacious, I would say huge. Breakfast is delivered directly to the room (quite delicious). There is a menu, the order is also brought to the room.
- Noise outside the windows. There is a busy highway nearby, but not critical. - rented a room for three days - no daily cleaning (maybe they shouldn't) - the refrigerator is full of commerce, I had to remove everything from it that interfered with my food and drinks - be prepared that not all taxi drivers know how to enter the hotel courtyard - food from the menu is a bit pricey in my opinion

Courteous, friendly staff. Comfort is beyond praise. Excellent breakfasts. Parking is available. This is important, because in the city this is difficult.

Exceptional
There are places that change the way you think about the city. This is one of those places. Our arrival at this hotel was preceded by the disruption of the check-in in other apartments. In a short time, it was decided to go to Avalan. The manager greeted us immediately and moved in very quickly. The room is spacious, comfortable bed, good bathroom. We were offered delicious tea for free. I also note a pretty good cuisine. Food is brought to the room, this also applies to breakfasts. (By the way, you can work on them). We really liked it, in this place we felt real sincere Armenian hospitality.
Of all, I can only mention the marble floor in our room, all the same, the carpet is much nicer.

Wonderful hotel in Yerevan.
We ordered 2 separate rooms, we were offered a partially shared room (with our own individual parking just outside the room!). Rooms are on two floors, connected by stairs, but there is also a door, i.e. roughly 2 separate rooms with the ability to visit))) 2 bathrooms - each room has its own, not a joint one. Very comfortable in the room itself, the bed is comfortable, there is enough space. The hotel restaurant is open 24 hours, with room service, breakfast is also delivered to the room. The staff is always ready to help! Highly recommended, especially if you are by car.
The only thing I didn't like was that some of the rooms were smoky, but not critical, especially since there are 2 types of rooms. There is no kettle in the room.
