At night, the heating turned off, we had to sleep in a hoodie, we did not wait for hot water. Not all bathroom amenities were available (no toothbrushes), no booklets to call reception. I don’t know how such a problem in general, the hotel indicates 4 stars, from the strength of 2

booked on the road, did not have time to read the reviews. the hotel is old, renovations are crumbling in the rooms, it was dirty everywhere, the bed is a different story 😖 everything is in spools 😖 there were remnants of used hygiene items in the urn. Instant coffee 😩
