Excellent staff, clean, restaurant with a panoramic view on the top with an open terrace. Great location. There is a huge supermarket in 5-7 minutes, Sherep and Katsin restaurants in 15 minutes.
Monotonous breakfasts (eggs, porridge, sausages, fresh vegetables). It was possible to organize a more varied menu for the money.

Design hotel
Very beautiful hotel, interesting design solutions. The bathroom has good cosmetics. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Good air conditioners. Delicious breakfasts on the terrace with a view. The staff is friendly, allowed to check out a couple of hours late.
At breakfast, sometimes slow service: dirty dishes are not cleaned and orders are taken for a long time. The hotel is far from attractions, you need to walk 10-15 minutes to the center.

Breakfast is a disaster. Ruined the whole experience. For the first time in my life I see that people could not fry scrambled eggs. The products are all of good quality, but the selection is very limited. And in the summer season there are few fruits. And the presentation itself is organized very inconveniently. And despite the fact that breakfast is announced from 8 am. At 8, they are just starting to cook it. And it's all done in 40 minutes. Mess.

Everything is old and tired, untidy. Although expensive plumbing, but needs repair. The stone of the countertops is broken off in places. Cold floors. Specifically, we had an unpleasant incident with insects in bed linen. The room was changed, but the sediment remained.

The best hotel in Yerevan!
I really liked the hotel with an interesting theme for the design of all rooms and halls. We occupied six rooms and spent 5 nights there and the air conditioning worked great everywhere, comfortable beds and good bedding. Breakfasts were prepared from the freshest products, excellent omelettes (thanks to the chef!) We made coffee and cappuccino at your request, and all this was served on the open terrace on the 4th floor overlooking Ararat. Good location of the hotel, 15 minutes walk to the center, 5-7 minutes walk to the currency exchange office and an excellent supermarket. I am sure that this is one of the best hotels in Yerevan!

We liked everything.
The hotel is located a little away from the center, but you can visit the Kond area by simply crossing the road and go on an excursion to the Ararat factory on foot. You can get around the city by taxi, but we walked. Republic Square 15 minutes, Cascade 35 minutes. We had two standard rooms. On the 4th floor more spacious, on the 5th a little less. Both rooms had windows overlooking the roadway and you could hear the cars, but we only spent the night there and walked so much that we fell down without legs in the evening. I assume that all standard rooms overlook the road. Mattresses are comfortable, bed linen is of high quality. Breakfast on a very beautiful veranda with a beautiful view of Mount Ararat. Breakfast is simple but delicious. Loved the homemade yogurt. Of the fruits were apricots, cherry plums, cherries, apples.
The only tiny minus, the maid did not quickly bring the iron. We just shook things up and went for a walk. Perhaps I should have reminded or waited a little longer.

Very spacious authentic rooms, the whole hotel is like a museum - you walk and stare at every detail 😍. Each issue is dedicated to the outstanding personality of Armenia. Designer renovation: masonry, wood and painted walls. A lot of decorations and decor are very interesting. Very clean! Even on the open balcony! You can walk barefoot throughout the hotel. Cleaning every day, water bottles. Soaps and shampoos with a very tasty smell and good quality. Expensive plumbing and furniture. There is an elevator. Breakfast takes place on an open terrace with a view of Mount Ararat (well, it’s someone who’s lucky with the weather, of course 😅) and the Ararat factory. Lots of potted plants throughout the hotel, a delight to the eye. Convenient location: you can walk to the center or order a cheap taxi. In short, it is clear that they did not save on you! We were satisfied with our stay! A nice bonus on my birthday was the improvement of the room category! Thank you!
Well, if you find fault and think about how to improve the hotel so that it becomes completely perfect, then my recommendations are: there is not enough dryer in the bathroom: only 2 hooks and that's it. It's very cold at breakfast in bad weather! You sit in a jacket, cover yourself with a blanket and eat a cold omelet... But it's just that we were unlucky with the weather in the spring... In summer, I think it's an advantage on the contrary! But these moments did not overshadow our holiday, everything else was perfect!

In general, a pleasant place, but for the money you want at least a restaurant accessible to guests.
Large, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast is no frills but delicious. Eating in the room is delicious too. The view from the restaurant during breakfast is magnificent, especially if the weather is good and you can see the mountains.
The view from the balcony is not the most pleasant (although one could guess about it, because the hotel itself does not publish photos of these views). The restaurant with that gorgeous view was almost always busy with weddings and other events. In terms of location - at some distance from the center, which is good, but there is a nuance: somewhere in three hundred meters there is a medical cluster, which means that you will have ambulance sirens outside the window around the clock. Surprisingly, in a room for 100 bucks / day there is no mirror by the door and separate sockets for devices by the bed.

Stylish hotel near the center
A beautiful hotel, each room is dedicated to a famous Armenian figure - composers, artists, artists, etc. The bathroom has everything you need: shower gel, hairdryer, sanitary kit. Cleaning every day. Good fresh mattresses and pillows. Wi-Fi works well, cards are accepted for payment. On the second floor there is a small space where you can work. Breakfast on the terrace with a gorgeous view of Ararat. Breakfast varied: scrambled eggs, porridge to choose from, a lot of snacks. Freshly brewed coffee. The hotel staff is very caring, thank you very much for your hospitality! The room is warm, there is a battery. The location is also good: 15 minutes to the central streets: Zakyan, the park of the 2800th anniversary of Yerevan, Republic Square The hotel is not cheap, but definitely worth the money if you want comfort while traveling.
Our room overlooked the road, noisy. In general, it didn’t bother us, but if you are a light sleeper, it’s better to ask for a window to the courtyard, if possible.

Great hotel with nice interior! Our room was very spacious and was cleaned every day. There is a lot to choose from for breakfast, on the second floor directly opposite our room there was a mini-kitchen, where there was always water and tea, crockery and cutlery!
Not a very convenient spa opening time, we didn’t get it (We came in a cool time in March, we were able to heat the room only on the third day)))

An excellent combination of "price / quality"!
Stayed at the hotel for the second time. Over the years, the quality has remained at the same high level. Calm seasoned interiors of common areas, elegant and spacious room with high ceilings. The mattress on the bed is absolutely magical. The balcony is ideal for drinking coffee in the morning. The employees are most polite. Everything for the guests, as they say. On the roof there are covered and open terraces with a gorgeous view of the city and, in good weather, Mount Ararat. Breakfast is also served there. Very tasty and varied. They have a spa on the ground floor. Tried a Balinese massage there - buzz! There are no problems with WiFi - it was very important for me, taking into account remote work. Definitely a very cool value for money hotel.

Cozy small hotel near the city center
The hotel is located near the center of Yerevan, to all the main places - 15 minutes on foot. Near the Parajanov Museum, a lot of small shops and it is convenient to go to the airport. The room is quite large, with windows on two sides. One opened a view of the main attraction - Ararat (for fans, and the factory of the same name too). The room also has an excellent balcony with a view of Ararat and a table. The room was dedicated to the artist, inside were reproductions of his works and a catalog with a story. The room itself is also quite comfortable, everything you need is there. And in general, the hotel is not faceless at all. I really liked the place for breakfast - a large and bright room, also overlooking Ararat, in the warm season there is a veranda. I also really liked that for breakfast there are many local dishes and products, and the breakfast is varied In general, all the staff are very responsive and friendly, of course, there are no problems with communication in Russian.
One of the windows of the room overlooked the roadway, and on weekdays the street was still audible. Wire hangers do not hold coats very well, classic wooden / plastic ones would be better And yes, do not forget to hand over the keys to the room, otherwise you will be left without cleaning.

Beautiful hotel with very nice staff
Very beautiful rooms. Live really look like "from the picture." Beautiful restaurant on the top floor with a cool view, excellent breakfasts. And at Apricot, "friendly staff" isn't just a phrase. The guys helped wherever they could help, smiling and friendly. It is great!
- There are not enough outlets in the room. - In the bathroom, the door did not close tightly, because of this, a large puddle formed on the floor. - A little bit far from the center, such a slightly remote area.

The breakfast is good, everything is delicious, there is a variety, if you wish, they will cook hot to choose from. The restaurant is located on the top floor, there is a beautiful terrace, it will be just wonderful there in summer, but also in winter there is a great view from the window. Very clean. The room is large, the bed is comfortable. The hotel staff are very friendly. The hotel has a spa, you can do a massage, hotel guests - a discount. The location of the hotel is also excellent. This is not the very center-center, but within walking distance, next to the Blue Mosque, a large and useful market, the S. Parajanov Museum right around the corner.
Our room was on the 2nd floor and overlooked the passing street, not the ring road, of course, but the movement is constant, it calms down a bit at night. If you're not used to traffic noise outside your window, it can be difficult to fall asleep.

The hotel is not bad, but the devil is in the details.
The hotel is not bad, authentic in the Armenian style, the rooms are spacious, I really liked the view from the window to the mountains of Ararat (photo attached). We lived in sunny weather. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful, nice staff. The hotel itself is small, but it has its own elevator, and it's nice that there are spa services, incl. swimming pool. Near the bank, very convenient, also near a nightclub, but did not work.
As already written, the Hotel is not bad, but as they say "The devil is in the details" 1. There is not enough lighting, especially in the bathroom, in front of the mirror. The lighting in our room was constantly going down, then coming back to normal, most likely there is not enough power for the hotel, so they save on lighting. 2. There is no information on how to use the safe, there is no information sheet on internal phones, where to call the reception, restaurant, spa? (We didn't have one in our room). 3. Only three hangers, it was winter time. There are not enough hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels and clothes. 4. There is no information on how to use the heater, it was cool, but then we figured it out ourselves, since experience allows. 5. There are very few sockets for charging phones, tablets, speakers, sidicam, cameras, etc. 6. The food is good, but the choice is small and every day is the same, we rested in Kaliningrad before that in November, also in a four-star hotel, the difference is very big, both in service and in food. Example - We could not figure out how to use the TV, in Kaliningrad the master came and did everything quickly, and in this hotel a girl from the reception came, she could not figure it out until she called someone, i.e. not enough staff. 7. And the most important drawback, soundproofing. We lived on the opposite side of the hotel from the road, but you can hear the cars driving along this road. They lived when, one might say, there was no actual settlement, and they did not hear the neighbors, they simply did not exist. 8. The restaurant is not bad, but not cheap, not far from the magnificent Tavern Restaurant, the prices are lower, and the cuisine is high and varied, incl. large selection of drinks. 9. The locks in the rooms, probably, need to be changed to modern, magnetic ones, otherwise it is not convenient to take the key with you, it is large. 10. The bathroom, except for liquid soap and body gel, nothing is provided. 11. For some reason, the mini bar was empty, probably the corona virus made the damned one remove it))). So, you need to finalize the details and the hotel will meet the requirements of 4 stars.

Coziness and hospitality
First of all, I would like to note the sincere desire to help the staff and their responsiveness. We arrived early in the morning, managed to check in 5 hours earlier than the indicated time, for which special thanks! The eviction was also extended free of charge, which helped a lot. The hotel itself is very atmospheric and stylish, it feels cozy and warm. Breakfast on a picturesque glazed terrace, I highly recommend the hotel to share photos of this place. For us, this was a pleasant surprise, because there was really no information about breakfasts. Breakfast is standard continental, to eat up you can take an omelette with vegetables, the portion is excellent, the rest is more modest. The rooms have underfloor heating and air conditioning, which is enough for a comfortable stay in the room. The hotel also has a kettle and a hot water cooler, but you need to check with the staff to find where it is.
the windows overlook a street busy with traffic, it doesn’t really interfere with sleep, but it’s worth noting.

incredibly beautiful and very authentic hotel. you seem to live in a traditional Armenian house. In addition to good, very large rooms with balconies overlooking Ararat, the canyon, the hotel has common areas with a large dining table. this further enhances the feeling of family. Each issue is dedicated to a famous person from Armenia. each number is like an immersion in art. very good hotel! recommend.

Local charm + purity
Very stylish interior, with great taste and local charm. Perfectly clean. Very spacious junior suite 37. High ceilings. Large balcony. The bedroom has 4 windows. The location is not right on Republic Square but we could walk everywhere. But the view of the Ararat factory and the Parajanov Museum is 2 steps away. I also liked that the hotel is small, so average in size. Good breakfast on the top terrace, had sumptuous seasonal fruits. The staff is very nice. A trifle, but excellent disposable toothbrushes of Armenian production.

Nice terrace restaurant with a view
We were offered a choice of 2 rooms: one near the elevator and the terrace, where everyone goes to the restaurant until midnight and with windows overlooking a busy road, the second neighboring one is the same. Do I need to say that we heard noise from both sides? Administrator Anna did not like at all, there is no feeling that she is trying to please the guests. Anna, with all due respect, the service industry is not yours. Added a few points for good cosmetics in the bathroom and a beautiful terrace where breakfast is served. We won't be back

Wonderful!
Very cozy boutique hotel with its own style and charm. Interesting design, vintage wooden furniture, divine smell of sandalwood. Friendly and professional (the latter, with all the love in Armenia, a rarity) staff. Pleasant location - on the edge of a picturesque beam overlooking Ararat, close to the center. The family suite with a balcony is quite large, with a spacious terrace, linen and towels are decent, expensive soap / shampoo (for some reason, hair conditioner is not common in the country). There is no private parking, but we found a place a stone's throw without any problems. The breakfast restaurant is very nice, food is fresh, coffee is good. I'm glad I chose this hotel and recommend it to everyone!

Liked the design of the room. Unusual, authentic. It might seem gloomy - but not to us. View of Ararat from the balcony. I would like to separately praise the soft, most delicate sheets. The bedding is very pleasant, the bed is comfortable, wonderful.
The only downside is that there is no kettle in the room. We don't like it, we like to have a kettle because we want to drink coffee on our balcony. From the unusual, it can be noted that breakfasts were held right in the hall, there is one large table and several separate ones. in general, this is not a minus, but unusual. There is enough for breakfast, there are cheeses, sausages, fruits, pastries, vegetables, and they will fry eggs or cook porridge for you. Sometimes something was missing from the dishes, but this is not critical, the issue could always be resolved. I repeat, these are not minuses, but rather nuances, but this does not spoil the picture.

But these are all trifles compared to the service. When you come for breakfast, and the waiter can't come to order coffee for more than 20 minutes. At this time, he stands at the other end of the hall and just talks to another employee and does not even look at you. And it would be nice if there were a lot of people. Clean, good housekeeping. Convenient location, there is always a place for parking. View of Ararat.
The water temperature in the shower changes by itself. Towels are thin, bathrobes are even thinner. Breakfast is poor and not very tasty. Few electrical outlets next to the bed. Too soft mattress, but this is my subjective assessment.

- very dark bathroom and not enough light, had to bring a bedside lamp to see something in the mirror - breakfasts are very poor, there was a boy of 13-14 years old at the breakfast table, it was strange - in the room there is a restaurant menu, which is not relevant, the prices and assortment are completely different. You need to order only through the reception, for our entire stay in the evenings an elderly man sat at the reception who did not pick up the phone, and when I went downstairs to the reception, he said that I should go to a restaurant and he didn’t know anything. I trudged into the restaurant in my pajamas, where I was "delighted" that the menu was not relevant, the restaurant had nothing to do with the hotel and that I had to order through the reception. All this bashing really pissed me off. Please make a deal! - in general, the reception was constantly empty and out of 10 my calls I was answered only 2 times.

Minimalistic and aesthetic rooms. The interior was thought out to the smallest detail, every corner is beautiful and photogenic. Cosmetics in the bathroom with the aroma of expensive perfume, in a word - incomparably! Each issue is dedicated to some famous Armenian figure. interesting idea) Breakfasts were held on the veranda, which offers a magnificent view of Mount Ararat. The veranda itself is also decorated very beautifully and aesthetically. Hospitable and friendly staff. Definitely recommend to stay here.

Non-chain hotel in Yerevan with Armenian flavor
The hotel is located near the center (15 minutes walk from Republic Square). The room had its own balcony where you could dine and look out over the city. The hotel has a delicious breakfast (tables are located on the roof, they offer a beautiful view of the city), the staff is ready to help with various requests. Bonus: There is a bowl of delicious fruit at the entrance.

Lovely hotel!
Excellent hotel with excellent value for money. I really liked the stylish solid interiors of the hotel: everything is made of high quality materials. The stone wall in our room looks especially cool. The rooftop terrace where the buffet breakfast is served is a separate story, it offers a wonderful view of Ararat. P.S. the best photos from the terrace will be in the morning :)

Very polite and helpful staff. Absolute cleanliness everywhere. Pleasant interiors: paintings hanging around, all sorts of pretty artifacts. Lepota! Gorgeous rooftop terrace where breakfast is served. In good weather, Ararat is perfectly visible from it. Rooms are spacious with very high ceilings. Central location: everything is at hand, within walking distance. Breakfast included in the price is hearty and varied. In general, the price / quality ratio is really on the level. And a very comfortable bed!

The designers who worked on the creation of the interiors of the hotel managed to create a unique object with a special energy, unique character and style that distinguishes it from faceless chain hotels. Spacious rooms with designer renovation. Due to the high ceilings, filled with air and light. Special thanks for the orthopedic mattress and the most comfortable pillows! Parquet floor, excellent plumbing. From the windows of our room there was a stunning view of Ararat. Breakfasts are served on the terrace, decorated in the same style as the rest of the hotel. Breathtaking view of the surroundings! The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. The location is also very good. On the one hand, a quiet place, on the other, a 10-minute walk to the center of Yerevan. Literally 200 meters from the hotel is the house-museum of Sergei Parajanov. Fantastic place for the power of emotional impact!

The hotel staff is very nice, special thanks to all the staff. They do everything to make you feel welcome. The hotel has everything for comfort. Large terrace on the top floor with great views of the city. Good location: big center, but not noisy. Near the Parajanov Museum, Saryan Street with a large number of restaurants.
The standard room does not have a normal closet, only open coat hangers and shelves. When you come for more than a weekend, there is nowhere to put all your clothes. In a standard room, there is almost no space in the bathroom for toiletries. During the heat, the terrace is stuffy. Breakfast is not varied.

Quiet room
Spacious room. Soft beds. Very polite and attentive staff. No extra sounds from the street, taking into account the view of the road. Room cleaning every day.
Our room had a huge bathroom, which was not likely to be cold even with the underfloor heating turned on. Unfortunately, small robes.

Excellent service and hotel design
Thanks to the hotel team, we really felt like guests, chic large rooms, well-thought-out design of the hotel, service is beyond praise, my husband had a birthday, they gave us a cake with a candle, a bottle of wine, it was very nice) good location, not far from the center, there are many cafes and bars nearby, a supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. Were in Armenia for the first time. The location of the hotel is very favorable - on the one hand, not in the most noisy center, on the other hand, it takes 15 minutes to walk to Republic Square with an average step. The view from the windows of the hotel, if they are not located on a noisy street, overlooks the stadium, the Ararat and Noy cognac wine factories, magnificent views open up, as it is located on an elevated place and if anyone is lucky, they will be able to see Mount Ararat. Near the Parajanov Museum, I recommend visiting, very impressed. Rooms in a modern loft, comfortable and cozy, each of which is dedicated to one of the famous Armenian personalities. Very clean, comfortable, large rooms with good soundproofing, clean linens, nice toiletries, bathrobe, slippers, everything you need is there. There is no kettle in the room, but on the second floor there is a shared small kitchen where you can use the cooler, make tea and coffee, which are kindly provided in unlimited quantities. Microwave and all necessary utensils. At breakfast, you will be offered an additional scrambled eggs and coffee from natural ground beans. I was also pleasantly surprised by the heated floors in the bathroom, which you can adjust yourself. Also, the electric heating / ventilation / air conditioning system and the temperature in the room are regulated by the guests themselves, which is very convenient. At the time of check-in, the room is warmed up and ventilated. It is very important that smoking is prohibited throughout the territory, so the feeling of cleanliness and freshness is present always and everywhere. We liked everything and we booked a deluxe room with a view of Ararat for the month of October. After all, there are still so many places that you need to visit, both in Yerevan itself and in its environs. Armenians have managed to preserve their history, they respect and honor traditions, for which special thanks to them, not everyone manages to be so reverent about their past, whatever it may be.
If you really find fault with it, you can find flaws, but they are very insignificant .. Firstly, a bit noisy rooms facing the road. But we were lucky and we were able to move to another room, because it was free for our rest days. The lighting is very weak in those places where you need to put yourself in order - a bathroom or a mirror on the wall in the room - no lighting. But in general, the location of the warm cozy light in the whole room is very comfortable and my husband liked everything, because he did not plan to shave these days)) In the morning there was not enough porridge. There were all kinds of cold snacks, scrambled eggs, dessert, and so on, but I really wanted oatmeal or rice milk. We told the manager of the kitchen and restaurant Arthur about this, he promised to take into account the wishes. Apparently, it is not customary for Armenians to eat porridge in the morning, like the Russians or the British.

I would like to be able to drink tea without leaving the room)
We wanted to feel that we are in Armenia. This was also due to the style in which the hotel is decorated. We wanted to feel on vacation that we are in Armenia. Spacious and comfortable room. Perfectly clean, very comfortable bed, nice linens, pillows. We managed to have a great sleep))) I was pleased with the individual climate control in the room, thanks to which it was possible to quickly heat the air or vice versa to make the temperature cooler at night. The bathroom has underfloor heating, cozy bathrobes and slippers, all the necessary hygiene products, including dental kits, cotton pads and sticks, a nail file... Breakfasts were fresh and delicious. On the 2nd floor, in addition to breakfast, you can warm yourself up with tea or food in the microwave, which you bought yourself.
It is unfortunate that we did not manage to have breakfast in that spectacular restaurant, which we read about earlier in the reviews. It was being renovated, and we had breakfast in the hall on the 2nd floor. I don't know if this was related, but we lacked the variety of food at breakfast. Every morning the set of dishes was the same. In particular, hot dishes from vegetables and cereals, for example. Not enough fruit... very poor... When you go to a 4-star hotel, you expect a slightly different format...

Nice new and very comfortable hotel
We got a free upgrade to a beautiful suite with mountain and stadium views. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is new and the beds are very comfortable. It also has a good view of the stadium next door :)
The hotel is a bit out of the center but that's not a problem and it's cheap with a taxi. The breakfast is not bad, but not a 4* breakfast. In addition, the rooms still lack charm. The rooms are quite bare and some decoration would certainly be welcome here. But these are trifles.

Comfortable, stylish, delicious
Comfortable beds, close to the center (20 minutes walk to Republic Square), there are cafes and a supermarket nearby. Large room size. Hearty breakfast, but you can add scrambled eggs and hot appetizers. For tomorrow there are always sausages, pancakes, boiled eggs, three kinds of cheese, cereals, olives, pancakes, sweet rolls, tea, coffee, peach juice. The original design of the hotel. There are bathrobes and slippers. I recommend.

Yerevan luxury
Incredibly large room. Very comfortable bed. Rapid settlement. The soap and shower gel in the room have a dizzying smell.
Noisy from the street. Not enough blinds to darken the room. Breakfast ends early, did not want to get up so early and did not have time to have breakfast.

Perfect cleanliness in the room, a beautiful view from the window to Ararat. The kindest staff. The city center is 15 minutes on foot. And the airport is 15 minutes by car without traffic jams. There is a lot of wood in the decoration and interior of the hotel, which creates a cozy atmosphere. Each issue is dedicated to a famous Armenian. We "got" Minas Avetisyan and reproductions of his paintings hung in the room.

Good hotel
Very welcoming and friendly staff. Everywhere is clean and tidy. All infrastructure is in good condition. To the center on foot 7-10 minutes. Some of the rooms have a beautiful view of Ararat.
Some rooms face a busy road and are noisy. There is a room with a rooftop view.
