Very satisfied with the rest. Everything was on Ur. The owner was in touch immediately after booking. Met at the airport, provided with interesting excursions.

Wonderful apartments, now I recommend them to all my friends who are going to Yerevan. Excellent location (very central). Very hospitable and friendly hosts. Clean, comfortable, cosy! You feel at home!

The apartment has a good location (the very center of the city), comfortable mattresses on the beds (the double beds have full mattresses, not shifted ones), there is an iron, a hairdryer, a good WiFi signal.

I advise everyone . we were met at the airport. the owner Artur brought the apartments (arranging a mini tour along the way and told about the main points in Armenia). After checking in, Arthur took us to eat in a cafe, etc. I really liked the room (furniture and conditions are 5 out of 5). The price is very low for such conditions. This is the center of Yerevan, on the first floor there is the Union of Artists of Armenia. Everything is within walking distance (cafes, exchangers, shops, etc.). All the time of his stay, Arthur was in touch and solved our problems (he suggested what and where and was just interested in how things were going.).
