Wonderful hospitable host, location, the apartment has everything you need. All photos are true. In the same house there is a shop with various goods, a grocery store across the road. There are many cafes/restaurants nearby. We rented a car through Arsen, it turned out much cheaper than in the city. The owner was always in touch, asked how we were doing, met us at the airport, gave a tour of the city, advised cafes and restaurants. Thank you! Further success!

The owner of the apartment - Arsen, met us very warmly. He showed us Yerevan, constantly asked if everything was fine with us, organized transfers and excursions for us.
