Apartment in the center of events
Excellent location of the place of residence, quite quiet in the apartment and lively if you leave the yard. A very hospitable host who was ready to help with any question or advice, always in touch, tactful, punctual. We were allowed to leave the apartment later than the scheduled time without additional payment. The apartment is quite simple in its interior and amenities, but has everything you need.

Apartment near Kond
Walking distance to everything! Fairly comfortable conditions. High floor.
The apartment was not clean enough. Old furniture. Downstairs there is a noisy restaurant, in addition, the windows overlook a busy street with heavy traffic of honking cars.

I am very glad that I stayed at this place!
The apartment met my expectations. Very good location. Very convenient: the city center, everything is within walking distance. The benevolent owner, will advise, prompt, take and bring. Do not be afraid of the fourth floor without an elevator, the stairs are not steep. A wonderful balcony overlooking the city, and even Ararat is visible. If it's hot, then there is an air conditioner!
The city is magnificent! Therefore, if there were any disadvantages, you simply did not notice them.

Astonishing
Perfect location. Friendly helpful host. Spacious full-sized apartment, high ceilings. Hot water.
We lived in hot weather. During the day, the sun shines through the windows. There was not enough air conditioning. But there is a fan that was quite helpful.
