I don't recommend staying here - too expensive and poor quality
The owner of the hostel is hospitable.
The condition of the hostel is much worse than shown in the photo. In the room, instead of beds, there were folding beds, there was no box for storing your own things. All the furniture is very old and not of high quality, for such a price of living it is unacceptable. The kitchen is small and dirty, with almost no place to sit. The bathrooms are uncomfortable, the shower is combined with the toilet and is not separated in any way.

Everything is great, I really liked it.
Great location, very nice and friendly staff, good rooms, simply gorgeous Wi-Fi. Every Friday you can sit in the evening with the owner and his friends, listen to stories about their travels) in general, I recommend it to everyone who likes to travel mentally and feel at home)

Accommodation did not meet our expectations
The object is within walking distance from parks, attractions, shops, metro. More suitable for young people and solo travelers. We were given a clean and spacious double room. The room has a bed, a comfortable table, stools, a fan and a closet with a key.
It was not easy to find this accommodation facility, since there is no sign anywhere, I had to call the owner and follow his advice. If the car wash worker had not pointed to the right door, they would have been looking for a long time. The rooms occupy the second floor of a small building bordering the same car wash. We were met by a woman (later it turned out to be a maid) who asked us to wait in the kitchen. We wanted to find an administrator to check in, however, as such, the administrator was not here, payment (only in cash) without the usual registration was accepted by the same maid. The bathroom is as small and uninviting as it could be, never got to use it. The washing machine worked late. The bed creaked with every movement. From the window, a view of the lifeless wasteland through the bars. The door to the room was hard to close.

if there are no other options, you can survive a couple of days
settled late in the evening, excellent staff, clean, close to the very center, tea and coffee for free
1. it is impossible to sleep in the common men's room - very noisy from the road nearby 2. Bathroom - supereconomy level repair option, although clean (thanks to the workers) 3. there is no table in the hostel's male common room - nowhere to put a bag to sort things out, also the room is incredibly small

How to get rid of stress in 4 friends hostel
Excellent location, in the central area of Kentron. Especially convenient for those who come to take exams at the British Council Armenia, the center is located in Yerevan Plaza, literally a 2-minute walk from the hostel. The room has everything you need, but the toilets and showers are combined, if it is important to someone. Special thanks to Alexander, Laura and Irina for their hospitality and interesting conversations, as well as for interesting leisure time at Lake Sevan. If you are under stress or in a more difficult state of mind, then you should definitely live in 4 friends hostel :)

A great place to live - 1) alcohol parties on Fridays 2) location 3) price 4) hospitality The hotel also has its own community - 4friendsadventures - active sports. We highly recommend visiting Lake Sevan with this company - you will be provided with a client-oriented vacation. I would like to express special gratitude to the owner Alexander, who is very responsive and attentive! Recommended, you won't regret it :)

Very nice room, super convenient location, cool to walk around. Caring owners, but at the same time unobtrusively caring. they help on request, indicate that they can be safely contacted and do not touch them anymore.
With kondeya it was absolutely perfect, but then, probably, it would have cost more)

The hostel is well located, easy to find, there are several shops nearby with everything you need. Clean, perfect for a short stay. Alexander's hospitality is beyond praise. I only stayed for a couple of hours, got a higher category room. I recommend!
I understand that this will increase the cost, but I would upgrade the shower rooms a bit

great hostel for making friends with interesting people, good location, video surveillance installed everywhere
The best thing about this hostel is the hosts! youth hostel and hosts are young, active guys who also go in for active sports and organize extreme excursions. The location of the hostel is also good: everything is within walking distance. By the way, a very comfortable home-made bed made of pallets (pallets). don't be surprised that the hostel is on the second floor above the car wash. it does not create any inconvenience at all, no humidity, no unnecessary noise. the hostel itself (living rooms) is located on one side of the house, and the car wash on the other.
uncomfortable toilet and shower. a little uncomfortable and not very pretty (the hostel has 2 bathrooms with a shower and a toilet in each). But I understand that there are not many options.

great hostel! very hospitable owner and all staff. pleasant and interesting people gather in the hostel, you can make pleasant and useful acquaintances. the owner can also arrange extreme tours and give valuable advice on the city and country

I sincerely recommend 4 Friends Hostel! I booked a double room: clean, comfortable bed, two windows + they gave me a fan. The hostel itself is clean, has everything you need, friendly atmosphere, city center. The main bonus is Friday parties: a great day on the lake. Sevan! P.s. Wifi is available (in the description on the booking it is indicated that it is not)

Very kind and helpful owner Alexander!
On Fridays there are mini-parties with a bonus drink from the hostel for the whole company of residents) cool team! During our stay, Alexander organized a free trip to Lake Sevan for everyone living in the hostel! With refreshments, kayaking and jet skiing! The hostel is constantly improving living conditions and taking into account the wishes of the guests! The room itself is spacious, has all the necessary furniture and a large window, safe and more. Cozy atmosphere and close location in the center of Yerevan!

Very cool place!
Good location, has everything you need (kitchen, dishes, washing machine), comfortable room, clean everywhere. And most importantly - very responsive nice people! We definitely recommend!!!
