Everything, cleanliness of the place, mattresses, dirty sheets, torn curtains, gas leak

hygiene. Old/bad equipment. There was no window in the bathroom. Could have been better mattresses and crockery. We never got to cook there.

Lousy option. Dirty, badly maintained, with cockroaches, bad oven ventilation, broken windows, how cold, broken window in the bathroom, we couldn't take a shower, we couldn't cook because the kitchen was infested with cockroaches (even in the bed there were) kitchen there were almost no dishes, the heater in the room had a burnt connecting cable, it also could not be used despite the cold. The truth is that I believe that booking should require the minimum standards of cleanliness and maintenance of the apartments that it offers, this site is not presentable and it cost me a lot more than other places I have rented and that they are much better in every way. Another thing, in the application it was written that check-in was at 11, and the owner allowed us to enter only at 13. Everything is wrong with this apartment. In the photo corresponding to the exterior of the apartment, I placed one of the refrigerators with cockroaches.
