Dirty and lack of maintenance.
The fact that breakfast is included. Breakfast included.
I'm going to describe the two rooms I rented in total, but I'll stick with #4. Everything was dirty, with dead insects, the beds and especially the blankets had a bad smell, there was black mold on several walls, the electrical wiring was dangerous (the electric heater was almost touched the low machimbra ceiling), the driveway is dirty no maintenance (I don't want to imagine walking in the rain), the tv didn't work well, the curtains were dirty, torn and unhooked, the pillows were bad, the lighting was bad and the photos from another time when the place clearly had service, cleanliness and attention. I slept dressed on an old pillow, uncovered, I hesitated to take a shower in the bathroom, and some of my friends who were covered or sleeping under blankets woke up from the bites. Nothing like this has ever happened to me, I would be interested if BOOKING did some investigating.

Beautifully, it fulfilled the purpose, which was to rest.
The location is perfect!! very attentive and the company of a beautiful Zula dog.

Excellent accommodation! All the amenities .. Dario's attention is very good. Good communication. Super recommended ..

Very good
Basic breakfast, tea bag basket, coffee, bill per person and bread. Quiet place to be with your family. Spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen (no oven) and a beautiful park where you can eat or socialize.

Location.
Very small, lacked cleaning. The sheets are in very poor condition. Very small bathroom, small and dirty dishes.
