The location is perfect. We were offered good tours. Very friendly staff. Nice restaurant in the hotel with reasonable prices.
The breakfast could have had a few more options. Also, a bit of noise from the corridors. But nothing serious.

Look no further! This is the best value for money hotel.
Excellent central hotel. Good rooms, services and pool. The breakfast is delicious as is the food you can enjoy in the restaurant. All staff are very friendly and attentive.

Okay, but it could be better.
Staff service is excellent. The hotel has a very good location.
The room was too small, I could hardly move inside. The WiFi network is a disaster, it couldn't be used directly. I expected more comfort in relation to the price. The mattress on the bed was old. In general, the hotel stopped on time.

The disposition of the staff is excellent, the best in the hotel. Great location and very good heating.
I didn't have internet in my room unless in common areas. The breakfast could have been more varied. I usually eat fruit salad for breakfast and in all the hotels I have visited I never miss it, maybe covid protocol makes it hard to keep so many things. For the same price, much more luxurious and complete hotels, yes, further away. I paid for the location.

We stayed here again during our second stay in Mendoza
Very friendly English speaking staff. Good selection for breakfast (medialunas, breads, fresh cakes, fruit salad, fruits, cereals ...). Rooms are adequate in size, clean and attractive. Fast laundry.

The value of money
The staff is more than friendly, polite and attentive. The location is excellent, although in the center, you can not hear the noise. The restaurant is highly recommended, the food is excellent. The breakfast is good, I would complement it with yogurt and cereal. I asked for a crib and they gave it to me, it was a practical crib that wasn't average.
There is always a strong smell of sewage in the bathroom, although it was cleaned, it did not go away. It does not have a bathtub, only a shower head. When I arrived the radiators were on, at 30 degrees the first night it was hard to sleep, we found out the next day and they turned them off. Cleaning consisted of changing towels and nothing more, depending on the person who did it, they left you items to clean and if you didn't need to claim them. On the last day, even the towels were not changed. Entry cards were often demagnetized, although they indicated that it was impossible to be near a mobile phone. There are no motion sensors in the elevator, so you need to be careful.
