EXCELLENT STAY
Very nice apartment in the center of Mardel, just like in the pictures, very modern and comfortable. It has 2 smart TVs (netflix etc) one in the living room and one in the bedroom. It has a portable air conditioner (we barely use it), heating, a refrigerator, an electric kettle and a washing machine, among other things; all modern and new household appliances. The address is Av Luro 3050. The owner Pablo is just a genius, very kind and attentive. They ask for a security deposit of 10,000 pesos which seems reasonable to me as a vote of confidence and at the end of the stay the money is returned to you. The location is very good, just a few blocks from the main beaches and entertainment areas. TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!!

Great vacation days at the branch!!!
Pablo is a great host. The place is like in the photos. A fully equipped apartment for a pleasant pastime and even for cooking has various household appliances. It has a portable air conditioner that works great, just a bit noisy, but I think all portable air conditioners are like that. Perfect bathroom, always with hot water. Nothing needs maintenance. The crockery can accommodate more than four people and is in excellent condition. It gave us the feeling that everything was new.
The disadvantage is the entrance to the building through the mall. And as a suggestion, have a clothesline to dry clothes better, as the bathroom doesn't have good air circulation, besides having an extractor fan, it's not enough to dry a lot of clothes, especially when returning from the beach. Otherwise, everything was out of the ordinary and Pablo was very approachable and predisposed.
