very helpful, friendly staff with a great location between Palermo and Recoletta
in the spa area one could have enjoyed a little more comfort, a water with fruit for example and in the room a welcome was missing (bottle of water or sanitary kit)

Precious stone
Very nice boutique hotel with nice staff located in Palermo Soho. An old town house was converted. Delicious breakfast, sauna area wonderful. Outdoor pool a bit small. This includes a small restaurant where you can order. The map could have a better selection.
Price-performance ratio too high for a 3-star hotel, but reasonable given the generally high hotel costs in Argentina.

lovely small boutique hotel with very personal service in a central location
nice little boutique hotel with a small pool in the garden and great, attentive staff in a very central location with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The area also gives a fairly safe impression in the evening. Rooms are on the small side but good king size beds. AirCon around the room works almost silently
Rooms are small, typical of a big city. A coffee maker / water heater in the room would have been nice, but unfortunately it's missing. Both were available in the public area of the hotel but free of charge.

Everything is fine
Very nice hotel, ideal size with excellent service, very good breakfast and located in the heart of Palermo Soho, close to very good restaurants and shops. Highly recommended!

Very good hotel, comfortable, clean and good location.
The hotel is very neat and tidy with a good location. The room was very nice, good size and the bed was comfortable and big.
The TV didn't look good and the bathroom door with a screen didn't seal the noise well. The bed was a bit noisy.

The location, the details of the hotel, the friendliness of the reception staff. The room was in very good condition and comfortable. I was able to work using an internet network with a very good signal. They had 2 gestures which in my opinion show that they are interested in the guest's wellbeing: my flight arrived early so I arrived at the hotel 3 hours before check in and they immediately knew if the room was ready so I could start your stay. The other gesture was at breakfast the next day, I left at the same time breakfast started and I was offered breakfast a few minutes early so I wouldn't leave without eating or drinking anything.
The only detail I can point out, but it's purely personal, is that there was a lot of noise when the bathroom exhaust fan was turned on in the upstairs room. There is nothing serious about this and I understand that this is due to the problem of infrastructure that extends beyond the hotel.

Great stay in Palermo.
Unbeatable location close to everything in Palermo. Everything is very clean. Very helpful staff. The room is very complete and comfortable. Very complete breakfast. We didn't use the SPA so I can't comment.
Since this is a house, there is some noise from neighboring rooms. But at night we were lucky and we were able to have a very good rest.

Attention and a very pleasant stay, let's go back again.
The attention of the front desk and cleaning/maintenance staff. Breakfast very good, the quality of the inputs and the view from the room to the pool and green spaces. Irreproachable!!
The only downside was the p/TV cable signal, sometimes with lower quality than usual.

Very beautiful place of the highest cleanliness
The cleanliness is excellent. A spotless incense floor (didn't stain the white cloth I passed, it passed the white cloth test) and the top and back of the TV (something that is usually very dirty in all hotels and leaves your hands dirty when looking at the button panels from- for its inconvenient location). I checked the air filters because of the musty smell, they are perfect! Immaculate bathroom including the top of the aluminum framed partition where I usually leave towels to use the next day (I always check this as it is never clean, quite the contrary). Excellent Wi-Fi signal. All types of accessories necessary for body care and personal hygiene (shaving and others) are provided free of charge. Efficient and friendly service, always available. Its deco design and cleanliness, in addition to its excellent common areas, make this hotel a worthy choice. However, the lack of a night table (which is essential today due to voice commands on the phone to request and ask for everything except the docking station, USB ports and sockets in it), along with all other details, below. one and a half points from 9.5 to 8 in s
A slight musty smell in the room upon entry, which disappeared after a short time due to the wise nature of the body. The space footage of the room is good, but without the possibility of a good possible distribution of its interior, no bedside table due to the double bed that adjoined the entrance to the bathroom, no sockets available from the bed (slippers a little loose next to a small allowance 2 meters from the bed). Bathroom with a water leak between the shower screens causing water to seep into the center of the bathroom, no floor towel in the bathroom. The refrigerator inside the cupboard is small but big enough to store leftovers from a restaurant in the area. None of the annotations were serious for me and all were more than solvable.

Quiet, comfortable and economical
Full breakfast, very quiet environment. We were able to use the spa and sauna services in 1 hour shifts which allowed us more privacy allowing us to enjoy the hotel much more. The front desk staff and cleaners were very friendly and helped us with any questions. The beds were very comfortable, the only negative was that the hairdryer in the bathroom did not work.
A heated pool with a tent would be perfect when it rains, we had rainy days and didn't enjoy the patio.

Oasis in Buenos Aires
The hotel and rooms are very tastefully decorated. The hotel is in a very good location, the trendy Palermo Soho district can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The staff is very friendly. We have stayed at the Duque Hotel for the fifth time and are already looking forward to our next visit.
