Excellent, clean, complete, good environment.
Very clean, very well equipped, well decorated, punctual and friendly host, garage in the building, easy access, good neighbors. All excellent.
The garage is quite narrow, it requires a lot of maneuvering.

Very nice stay
Excellent location. At hand all kinds of commercial premises and transport. Very good view from the apartment to the City. Comfortable, how and pleasant. Very good communication with the owner and available all the time.

Super recommend
I liked it a lot because of the size and comfort, and also that it was equipped with everything I needed. The building is in excellent condition and the common spaces are very clean. The location is excellent and you have everything nearby. Marcela received me very well and was attentive to all my concerns. I'll be back without a doubt ❤️

The apartment is much better than what you see in the pictures, really beautiful, very well located, excellent facilities and everything in very good condition, I will return without a doubt, I went with friends and I will do it in the future with my family, excellent staff owners Marse and Flavio

Explore Buenos Aires!!
The location is excellent, close to everything. The bed seems unrealistically large and comfortable. I have never tried a coffee machine with very good capsules. Bath 10! Super spacious, lots of vehicles nearby. I would come back again ☺️
Unfortunately, we were not told that the pool and sauna were closed for renovations, and I rented the pool space most of all. And in the bathroom, the towels smelled musty and the light switch broke.

Great stay!
The location is very good, surrounded by restaurants, markets and the nearest bakery. The studio is very spacious and comfortable. It was very well equipped and the owner was always very friendly and attentive when something was needed.
They did not advise in advance that the pool (common area of the building) would not work during the stay due to covid. However, we have seen people use it ... In my opinion, this is the only thing that is bad.

Nice, comfortable and secluded.
Very comfortable, pleasant place, very nice bathroom, great shower. The location is very good, easy access to get around the city and the surrounding area, everything you need. Highly recommended.
There is nothing to criticize. Everything is flawless.

Buenos Aires at ease
My wife and I rented an apartment, it turned out to be what we expected. The bed is simply impressive and so are the pillows and sheets. the rest of the apartment is adapted to the needs and is considered functional for a couple.
a suggestion for the future - a non-slip bath mat, as the bath is slippery. The key delivery method is old, suitable for those who like personal contact, but if the owner does not come, we will have difficulties getting in and out. although the latter is not a criticism.

Excellent apartment in Belgrano
Everything is perfect and flawless, and they were waiting for us. This is as seen in the photographs. Spacious balcony, the apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The area is quiet, beautiful, close to Av Cabildo and Av Congreso. The owner is very attentive. He arranged for us to park in the building. Super recommended for anyone looking to spend their stay in Belgrano.
There is nothing to complain about. Everything is fine.

Great option in Belgrano!
Spacious, clean, modern apartment, with everything you need for a comfortable stay: a large refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, electric stove, oven, water heater, air conditioner, TV, stereo and others. Guests have access to a sauna, pool and jogging track. The dishes are new and complete. Large double bed, very comfortable. Very comfortable stay and take into account on your next trip.
