I stayed for 2 weeks in August 2021 and everything was fine. First of all, the cleanliness of the room was always cleaned every day. Again. Many thanks to Flamur, the boss of the hotel, who always took care of everything.
Only the food could have been a little more choice with all inclusive. You have to pay a lot more for drinks, but it's not so smurfs because the drinks are not as expensive as in Mallorca.
The staff were very pleasant and competent, were very helpful, no matter what it was. The gym on the ground floor was excellent. The breakfast was always fresh and very tasty. The hotel is close to everything whether you want to go to the beach or do some shopping.
