Very clean, good furniture, dishes, it is clear that the owners are trying for their guests and create comfort! A new level for Abkhazia, thanks to people like Irina.
The window overlooked the wall of the neighboring hotel. The barking of a neighbor's dog, but this is not a claim to the owners of AnnaMaria)

The property exceeded my expectations, if it weren't for some cons I would rate it 5
Good location, good guest house with a closed territory, everything is thought out for living. Equipped with a shared kitchen where there is everything, clothes dryer, ironing board and iron.
Pretty good audibility. We were settled by girls from a nearby cafe, they did not see the hostess, they also paid with the girls from the cafe. There was no cleaning of common areas. Waste issue not resolved.

Perfect location
Clean, the house is located right in the center, the rooms are large, we were well received and shown. All liked it! Recommended
