Very convenient location. 7-10 min walk to the sea. There are many different cafes nearby, we liked the Minutka cafe (reasonable prices, delicious food). There are also shops nearby (we went to 4 seasons (good prices and polite sellers) and Perekrestok). The bus stop is not far away, you can get to the market (bus 25 rubles, minibus 50 rubles, taxi around the city 200 rubles). The guest house has a kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. There is a refrigerator, gas stove, induction cooker, microwave, kettle, dishes, sink for washing dishes (your own detergent). Bed linen and towels are provided in the required amount, linen is changed upon request. There is a hairdryer in the shower. You have your own hygiene products, including toilet paper (one roll is issued upon arrival, regardless of the number of people). There is a dog named Percy who lives on the property; she is good-natured and affectionate, but it is better not to pay attention to her, otherwise she will lick her and constantly pester her to be petted. I would like to say a big thank you to the hostesses Marina Nikolaevna, who lives permanently in the house, will come to the rescue at any moment or give useful advice (a wise woman) and Mary, who comes almost every day.

Excellent location - close to the sea and at the same time quiet, there are many cafes and shops nearby. The room has all the amenities, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV. Purely. There is a summer kitchen outside, where it’s nice to sit in the evening and drink coffee in the morning, and you can cook food. The hostess and her mother are very hospitable and polite, they helped us with transfers and advice. I definitely recommend TeyMiya Guest House for accommodation.

A great place for a family vacation, five minutes from a wonderful beach, a lot of eateries and shops around. Due to the fact that it is not located on the main street, it is quiet and calm at night. The room has excellent soft and comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning.

I came with two children for a whole month. We were all very satisfied😁 The house is located in a very convenient place, there are many cafes, shops, and a bus stop nearby. The beach is 7-8 minutes walk, which is very pleasing. The house itself and our room suited us very well. The room was very comfortable and clean, there was a kitchen nearby, where there was a washing machine, a refrigerator, a kettle, a microwave and a stove, a large table and a sofa where children could not only eat but also play and draw. The bathroom was very comfortable and clean. Towels and bed linen changed upon request. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the hostess herself, Mary and her mother Marina. For the pleasant atmosphere created in the house, for the excellent attitude towards all residents, this is very important for a good rest. Thank you very much, we will definitely come back to you 😊

Good afternoon. We rested in the guest house from 23.07 to 30.07 in a triple room "Comfort" with a shower. Living conditions are excellent. There is a kitchen. The sea is at hand. Shops, cafes very close. The location in relation to the city is the best. Beautiful, sympathetic, very friendly, and beautiful hostesses Mary and Marina. Definitely recommend this place. I want to go back right now. The sea is gorgeous, the atmosphere, the nature is fabulous!

We would like to thank Marina and Mary for their hospitality. Clean, comfortable room in a guest house, convenient location from the sea. Very nice, friendly hosts. They were happy to answer our questions, if necessary, they helped out :) Our holiday was a success, we definitely recommend choosing this guest house for relaxation.

Rooms are cozy, freshly renovated, TV and air conditioning, comfortable beds, Wi-fi works great throughout the territory. There is a summer kitchen on the ground floor. dining room, all necessary utensils and appliances, refrigerator. 5 minutes to the sea at a slow pace, next to the guest house there is an excellent cafe-dining room Sanchara with excellent home cooking at very budget prices and fast service. There are also many shops with food and souvenirs, cafes, bus stops nearby. public transport, in general, the location of the guest house is excellent, hospitable hostesses Marina and Mary. We will definitely return to the beautiful Gagra and this guest house.
